What are you releasing as we move into 2022? Wow it’s amazing to see the new year despite all the challenges. A lot of people already started the new year grumbling, that is not the right move 2022 I have a great expectations and I want you to have great expectations too. Being a podcaster has exposed me to amazing intelligent people and I want to say thank you to everyone, for listening to different episodes of my podcast. 2022 is filled with testimonies no matter what it looks like around us, we are not giving up. Build around you the best support system, everyone actually needs that (lol).. You have a duty to fulfill this year, the duty is to make yourself better at what you do 2022 should be a year to show the world you are the best. Despite everything that has being going on with the Covid omicron and all the commotion in the world, it can actually be overwhelming for some people. My job is to bring out the best version of yourself so the world can see you. Do have an amazing year ahead filled with Gods blessings, and to all my fellow podcasters I say thank you for all your help. Why is thanksgiving so important?

Thanksgiving in the Bible means to respond to

God's goodness and grace with gratitude.

The word for giving thanks in the Old

Thanksgiving is important because it's a positive

and secular holiday where we celebrate gratitude, something that we don't do enough of these days.

One of the benefits of praising God is bringing Him into your life. When you thank and praise the Lord, you invite His glory and presence into your heart and soul. When your thanksgiving message reaches God,

He can reach down and bring light to your life with his mere presence.

Ways to Mess Up Your Kids Don’t shut your child

Children understands pain more than adults because they feel helpless

A lot of children are so use to been shut up, a lot of children are hiding huge truths from their parents because of the fear of being shut up

Parents are human, a lot of them didn’t know better, but I guess a lot of us know better now

A lot of time parents make mistakes and then repeat them.

I went to the salon, there was a lady who came with her daughters, one of the girls went to wee in the bathroom , when she got back , she was trying to talk to her mum,

She was like mummy, the mother said please keep quiet , the child started again, mummy she was dragging the mum by her too, and the mum was upset and hit her hand and told the child my friend can u keep quiet?? Or I will smack your bombom now, I had to tell her not to do that, that she should find out what the child wants, we are in a public place you never know what happened when she went to wee wee.

You see I have to let you understand that, those are some of the things that makes a child keep shut even when something bad had happened to them , a child who was raped or molested ..

Please parents don’t shut your children down, this can make a child hide things from you ,

It makes a child see you as unapproachable

And that is not a good relationship to build with your child.

Parents pay attention to your child’s mental, emotional needs,

There was a counseling session I had, and the girl of about 12yrs old said, she did not tell her mother that she was raped, because her mother will blame her, that is because she was always blamed for everything that happens in the house, if a cup breaks the mum blames her, if something is not done right the mother blames her , so you see what I am talking about.

So please parents, take note, don’t shut your child down when they want to tell you something, it might not make sense , but give them the audience, you might just find out something.

You should be the first person your child runs to if there is something happening to them, or if they need someone to talk to..

This is one parenting 101 😂 please use it and build a better relationship with your children

Oromoni Jr was 12. Dowen College in Lekki area of Lagos

blamed his death on injuries suffered while playing

be shut down until the education ministry and relevant

African woman as I see it African womanhood as I see it

The African/ Nigerian women is beautiful, hardworking, talented, industrious but limited,

Limited by religion, limited by tradition, limited my upbringing,..

Nigeria as I know it is a very traditional and religious country

You know the African girl child was practically groomed for marriage, to respect a man, to take care of a man, she was taught to take care of her kids and protect her home at all cost , but deep down I keep asking myself why isn’t anyone teaching the African man to do the same? Aren’t they both humans who will grow up and become adults ?

a lot of African women weren’t groomed for career , they weren’t groomed for independence.. a lot grew up to be dependent on a man

I have seen a lot of women living with a man who cheats who abuse her , mentally and emotionally and she will still be with him because of financial dependence or what her family will say ..

There is a lot

A lot of women I have spoken to really want to leave their bad marriages, but when I ask why do you still allow him treat you like this, you will hear her say blessing you know I don’t have a job, how will I take cate of my children.. so a lot of times they are in sad marriages

One thing we need to know is

We have to start teaching our daughters better

That mentality of depending on a man should end ,

A woman should know she can work hard and give herself the good life that she wants

A lot of us grew up with the mentality of depending on a man , we were just groomed for marriage, we were not groomed to be career women,

You hear worlds like with all your education you will end up in a mans kitchen,

A young lady will be taught how to cook how to clean and no one is teaching the men how to do the same ,

You will see a Pregnat woman standing for hrs making meals for her family while the husband might just be watching a movie or pressing his phone..

when I was pregnant a lot of time I just wanted a little help to make me feel relieved, a lot of women needs that, I think that is why a lot of women now look older than their husbands, just saying.

I am happy the women are changing, they are speaking up, a lot are beginning to see their potentials

I am a proud African, I am proud of my culture, but a lot of African culture should be dropped, they are not helping..
