I get asked about what being a parent is like all the time. I also have people searching through my episodes to find the parenting ones. This episode will help parents, soon-to-be parents or anyone wanting to become a parent, get a clearer understanding on what parenthood really looks like What gives me the right to give advice on parenting? Well, if I play a very hands-on role in raising 3 young boys, whilst running a business and living with mental illness - I think I'll be able to help with a thing or 2 ;) My life as a parent has been a hell of a ride and in this episode I really don't hold back about the journey I've been through and the lessons I've learnt along the way I hope you enjoy :) MG

It's safe to say that this is my jam. Speaking about different forms of connection and how simple they are to adapt to your life and create a life of fulfilment
