It's safe to say that this is my jam. Speaking about different forms of connection and how simple they are to adapt to your life and create a life of fulfilment
If you put work into these 3 areas, you'll create a life of fulfilment. Big statement? Well, I really don't think you can argue it ;)
Much love everyone,
MG
In this episode I speak in detail about a program I've created and why I created it, which is some of my best work to date and if you've been a fan of my content in the past, I'm sure you'll agree :)
Questions I answer in the episode:
Why have I created the program?
What does the program look like?
What has held me back from starting this program sooner? This is a powerful part FYI
Who is it the right fit for and how to sign up
For those keen to explore this further, here's the link to fill out a short form:
REAL LIFE DISCOVERY FORM
It takes around 3 mins and will give you (and I) a great understanding on which areas of your life needs most improvement
Much love,
MG
This was my first in-person guest I've had on in nearly a year and I'm not going to lie - it was bloody exciting! You can't really beat the connection you have with someone in-person as apposed to online, and this chat was the perfect example of that
Tom is doing some amazing work in the mental health space and is someone who inspires the hell out of me personally. He is open, honest, humble and generous with the messages he shares
He covers the importance of kindness, working on yourself, not getting caught up with negative feedback and much more
You'll get A LOT of out this one - trust me ;)
Tom Harding is a legend of a human being and if you're interested in reaching out to him, signing up to his event or even just following along on his journey, you can find him at:

He's got a workshop coming up on Feb 12 called Mana. If you're someone looking to take a deep dive inwards and connecting with some inspiring humans, hit the link in his bio and check it out
Much love everyone, I hope you enjoy the episode :)

It's the time of year where many of us go on holidays. There are also many of us who suffer with mental health issues on a regular basis
I decided to release my best examples and advice around what it's like to go on a holiday despite suffering from depression, ADHD and anxiety
When thinking about recording this episode, the following questions came up and I felt the need to answer them from personal (and recent) experience:
Do mental health issues simply just go away when you're on holidays?
What are the best ways to look after your mental health when you're on holidays and should it be a priority?
Are we going to be a burden on those around us?
Some of these may sound very foreign to you, however I know many will relate in some way, shape or form
For those who don't suffer and for those who do, you'll get a lot out of this one - trust me
Much love everyone,
MG
