One day, after coming back from a yoga retreat, her whole life turned around when her husband of just six months asked for a divorce. This traumatic event was the most potent catalyst for Elé to start diving into who she really was as a woman and what she truly desired when she no longer didn’t have to please others.

Today, Elé has recently got married again, works as a Self-love Coach and a Healer, has created a method called The Self-Healing Spiral, which was born from the need to heal herself. Having approved by the International Coaching Federation, Elé is now also certifying others to become the Self-Healing Spiral Practitioners.
