I love creating this podcast.  I get to have conversations with some amazing people who I haven’t crossed paths with and that I would be unlikely to without it.  This episode is no exception.

Lily Sais is a Transformation Coach from Los Angeles, working with people with anxiety.  Lily and I share an understanding in the Three Principles and have a number of close shared connections.
