This Quick Tip is in response to the massive increase in applicants for open positions.  This has resulted in many HR professionals using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) with AI assistance screening for "keywords".  Kyle calls this out for what it is:  Weird. 

Keywords are just another way to say bulls&%t.  A resume shouldn't be a SEO keyword document that gets a computer generated AI bot to submit your resume to the hiring manager.  I thought this was Human Resources!
