The System was developed after Becca’s spinal neuropathy caused her to no longer be able to hold 15lb dumbbells due to a combination of congenital challenges and getting hit by cars 4 times — twice on the road bicycling and once on rollerblades, the charmer was whiplash getting rear-ended.
Becca has helps thousands of women overcome self-esteem and confidence challenges in a short period combining tools she has created and coaching. With a career spanning nearly 40 years Becca has personally helped thousands achieve their dreams - both personal and professional. Becca is compassionate and successfully teaches her clients how to become advocates of their health and life.
