It was the summer of 1990, I was 11 years old and about to start middle school. Everything around me was changing, my body, my feelings, especially my feelings. I became keenly aware that not only girls existed, but they were magical. On an otherwise normal Saturday night, my mom rented a movie for us to watch called Adventures In Babysitting. It was this evening that all the changes I'd been going through all seemed to make sense. On that night, I fell in love with Elisabeth Shue. And while this has nothing to do with todays episode, I felt it was important to let you all know that my love for her is just as strong today as it was 32 years ago. Today on Buzzn The Tower, we're going to recast adventures in babysitting with other actors and actresses from the 80s.
