The body remembers… even when the mind forgets.
We have the ability to hone in on our connection between our feelings and our sensations to help us connect the past to the present. Our body carries with it so many thoughts and feelings, both unheard and unknown. But if we fine tune our connection with our sense of self we can learn to become better at feeling our feelings — without being captive to them.

Nathan Hirschaut is an ex-professional dancer who graduated from The Juilliard School. He’s also a yoga teacher with a passion for creative coaching and spiritual evolution. He’s lived a lot of life in his 21 years and has a lot of wisdom to share from that time.
When he realized that he didn’t want to follow the traditional path laid out for people, he knew he had to build an inner compass to guide him and help him be strong enough to navigate the unknown. He gathered the components he needs to not only create authentically but to help others do the same.

How can we tap into our own energy and make the most of it?
Mira DeMartino is a goddess of energy; a sculpter, an artist, and a beautiful spirit in every way. Originally from Poland, Mira used to be a fashion designer and interior designer. She began to observe how the energy of the objects she created for her clients was changing them, and she realized that people can empower themselves through the objects that they surround themselves with. She shares how we can protect our energy, optimize our spaces, and ultimately take care of ourselves.

Adell Bridges is an international yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the healing power of yoga with everyone she can.
We talk about what it’s been like to be an international yoga teacher when you can’t travel, as well as the new book she’s writing about hypermobile yogis. She also delves into how injury can be a learning experience, what she teaches about hypermobility, and how people with hypermobility, or those teaching people with it, can learn to work with it.

Redefining Movement, the LYT podcast, is hosted by two Physical Therapists: Lara Heimann, founder of LYT, and Kristin Williams, COO & Senior LYT Instructor. Together, they explore movement…
Blending scientific insights with soulful perspectives, Lara and Kristin transform our understanding of how our bodies and minds interact. Though the show has changed in several ways since the first episode in 2018, the mission remains steadfast and clear: to help us find freedom and feel empowered through intelligent movement patterns and a compassionate outlook, so we can all live more capable, connected, and uplifted lives.
