It's the Trev takeover as Nathan and Stoner are out this week. Trev brings on George Carmi to discuss the NFL Owners meeting. Both Jim Irsay and Jerry Jones has things to say about the Washington Commanders' sale. How soon will it happen? Is Trev finally ready to get excited for a Dan Snyderless team? 

Trev finishes out his Ref the District take over with George Carmi by discussing the popular Poplar destination. The location has been quite the talking point this week as a potential landing spot for a new stadium. Trev and George go over the details on the site and then continue with more Commanders discussion. 

The NFL season is inching closer as teams begin their offseason training activities. Trev leads the way this episode with guest host George Carmi. The two of them discuss Chase Young, Montez Sweat, and Charles Leno missing from the start. How are the rookies doing now that the competition has been raised? How big is the EB impact and how excited are they? This and more during The Game.

Ref the District lays out their priorities for Josh Harris. Stadium? Name change? Clean house? All the options are covered.

The Washington Commanders released their 2023 schedule.  It is ranked as the 8th most difficult schedule based on the teams records from last year.

We go through game by game to react to the schedule and give our predictions.  In the end, Nathan has them going 10-7, Trev has them at 11-6 and Stoner has them at 7-9-1.

Even when the Washington Commanders are smack dab in the middle of the offseason, there's never any shortage of news to talk about.  Last week Commanders beat reporter for ESPN John Keim wrote the Commanders checked into the availability of retired Colts QB Andrew Luck.  Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk picked up on it and wrote a story.  That caused Colts owner Jim Irsay to pop off on Twitter to not only say that would be a tampering violation, but that his team has asked the league to investigate the possibility.

In addition, veteran Center Chase Roullier was released with a post June 1st designation.  This means his salary will stay on the books until June 2nd.  Chase was the team's starting Center since 2017 but was limited to 10 games the last 2 season due to injuries.  That has us wondering who might be next.  Is Logan Thomas a candidate to be cut?  What about Andrew Norwell, Kendall Fuller or even Charles Leno?  We'll dive into the possibilties of those players and if those cuts would make sense.

Finally, two rankings came up that had us buzzing.  First was the ranking by Mike Clay of ESPN who has the Commanders with the 11th best WR room.  Mike also came out with a QB room ranking.  He placed the Washington Commanders at 32.  The disrespect!
