Charles Eisenstein is a speaker, teacher, and author. A graduate of Yale University with a degree in Mathematics and Philosophy, his work covers various topics, including human civilization, economics, spirituality, and ecology. His published works include “The Coronation,” “The Ascent of Humanity,” “Sacred Economics,” “The More Beautiful World Our Hearts Know Is Possible,” and “Climate—A New Story.” In the last-mentioned title, he argues that reducing environmental discourse into the single issue of global warming is a huge mistake for the environmental movement. The book focuses instead on the “Living Planet” view, envisioning what our relationship to nature might be if we saw that everything is alive, conscious, and sacred.
