October 28, 2022Wake Up TriCounties Goodfellows BasketsIt's now officially Good Fellows Basket Season in Kewanee. The annual effort to make sure that those in need have food for the holidays is back and raising funds for the delivery of Food Baskets just before Christmas. Amron Buchanan and Ken Knowlan were our guests on Wake Up Tri-Counties on Friday to kick off the fundraising season with Good Fellows Tag Days. Two Tag Days happening in November will serve as two of the biggest Goodfellows efforts this season. Students from Kewanee and Wethersfield Key Clubs will be out across the City of Kewanee gathering donations for the purchase of foods to put in Good Fellows baskets. Watch for the students and your chance to help Good Fellows on November 5th and again on November 8th from 9 Am to 7 Pm at Wal Mart and Save A Lot among other areas in Kewanee.
