Disclaimer: I am not an expert, the thoughts shared in this episode are based on my own experience. If this is triggering in anyway, please do not listen.
I grew up with a severe eating disorder, and told virtually no one about it. The shame, the loneliness, the helplessness consumed me for many years. I talk about it today to start the conversation and shed light on what it might be like for someone you know closely, or yourself to go thru this alone. I also touch on the things that we often say that we don't think matter, but can change the trajectory of someone's thoughts. **this episode was hard for me to share, so thank you for listening with love**
