Here are the 5 lessons that I wish I had learned sooner in my life in terms of my relationships.  I break down each one and tell you why they served me at the time but that, looking back, I wish I had changed them sooner.

In this episode I talk about something that occurred to me during my maternity leave.  I was living in a state of lack and neediness, but something happened a few days ago and I wanted to share it with you.  Even if you are great at expressing gratitude, which I thought I was too, this will be helpful.  

this was the hardest thing Ive talked about yet- this is my story uptil now, from my perspective.  my marriage has been hard and Ive learned so much along the way.  its the reason I am who I am and its the reason I wanted to be a relationship coach and help other women feel seen and heard.  I want to empower women who feel like they cannot share their stories, that they did something wrong, and that they have anything to embarrassed about if things didnt turn out exactly as planned.  

Being Indian, having heavy expectations from the outside and within, plus the general desire to fit in and be loved got me into a bit of  a mess.

This episode was hard, and its not just for you moms out there.  This is a story of what happens when we dont honor ourselves and the lessons I learned getting pregnant and then post pregnancy.  This was life changing for me but also so painful.  I definitely cried recording this, but i wanted to share in case it could help anyone at all!
