  • How to relax in 2 Minutes?
It is easy if you know how to do it! I will introduce 3 methods from the Acupressure … All are good also if you can’t sleep. 1) Squeezing the temples to eliminate the disturbing thoughts.   2.) To open up our Sinus and to breath with ease. Remember, if we under pressure we can’t breath relaxed … This is important to relax.  3.) To instantly go into a meditation mood. 1.) Massage with both hands the temple area of your head. Use your fingers and massage with firm pressure also the pain area for 30 Seconds. Press with both palms (like a vice) against your both temples for 90 Seconds. With the right palm against your right temple and with your left palm against your left temple. Release your pressure and feel that your head energy is going downward and so your thoughts.  2.) Relax your sinus, you need your index-finger and thumb.  For 20 Seconds, pinch with your thumb and index-finger both sides of your other thumb. Pinch the nail area and the opposite side of the thumb. The thumb should pinch the nail and the index-finger the thumbprint.  For 90 Seconds or longer press both sides of the thumb with the other thumb and index finger. Press the sides of the thumb, the area of the nail. The thumb has 4 sides, you have pinched the nail and the thumbprint already and now press from the other 2 sides (like a vice). Then you can alter to the other hand, what I always do.  3.) Acupressure - Mediation. This is harder to explain. For 2 Minutes, you press with index-finger and middle-finger below the wrist of the palm. With your index finger, you go below of the pinkie-finger (hand edge, Karate hand) on the palm side, directly under the edge of the wrist and press below of this bone, (between the arm and the wrist). The next point is 2 “finger-wide” below the first point and 1 “finger-wide” distance of the arm edge (palm-side). Press with the middle-finger this point. This point is above a tiny bone,  (it is difficult to locate that bone for women) downward toward your arm edge (karate hand). The females press this point without locating this bone.  Press both points to the same time for 2 Minutes. Then you can alter to the other hand, what I always do.  I add one picture to it.   My Video: How to relax in 2 Minutes? https://youtu.be/2yxtCo1mZakMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/How-to-relax-in-2-Minutes.mp3

  • How to make new friends?
So older we grow so more difficult it gets to make friends. For our well being, most of the people need good friends. Today through our social media we have fewer friends and more virtually friends. The people are more connected to the Internet than to their friends and family.  Our new Facebook friends are not real friends. If we try to meet them, to >90% it will not work out.   On vacations, it is easier to get friends and when we come home, the new friends stay far away… This will not work for most friendships… Even so on vacation, the people are much different than in their daily life.    We need friends where we live and not far away.  It is easier to get a romantic love affair because we can connect with our senses and our mind is not in the way…. Action Plan: 1.) Do it blind…  Ask your family/friends if they know somebody in your location which could fit you….  And date that person… 2.) Share your hobbies, - my favorite Go to local events or clubs and meet new people….  3.) We all know a bunch of people and didn’t get personal… Ask personal questions and connect with the people. Look what you have in common and connect. 4.) Goal setting:  Go to an event/party and connect with not more than 3 people… So more people we try to connect so less our chances to make at least one friend.  5.) Try to connect with a smile and then speak to the unknown person… It works!  6.) Be open to all kinds of people… Don’t limit yourself,-  even it is a freak you don’t like. Maybe he, she has something common or something that you like to be or not to be.    My Video: How to make new friends? https://youtu.be/fmQn3omqA18 My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/How-to-make-new-friends.mp3

  • What can we learn from Cus D’Amento?
We can learn so much from Cus D’Amento, he was the greatest Boxer coach, and he trained also Mike Tyson… 1. Losers are winners who quit. Even if you lose, you still win if you don’t quit.”  2. A boy comes to me with a spark of interest, I feed the spark, and it becomes a flame. I feed the flame, and it becomes a fire. I feed the fire, and it becomes a roaring blaze.”  3. If you learn to control it, you let it work for you. If you don’t learn to control it, it’ll destroy you and everything around you.” 4. I believe a man is a professional when he can do what needs to be done no matter how he feels within. An amateur is an amateur in his attitude emotionally. A professional is a professional in the way he thinks and feels and in his ability to execute under the most trying conditions.  5. There is no difference between a hero and a coward in what they feel. It’s what they do that makes them different. The hero and the coward feel exactly the same, but you have to have the discipline to do what a hero does and to keep yourself from doing what the coward does.”  6. I believe nature’s a lot smarter than anyone thinks. During the course of a man’s life, he develops a lot of pleasures and people he cares about. Then, nature takes them away, one by one. It’s her way of preparing you for death.”  7. Greatness is not a measure of how great you are but how great others came to be because of you.”  8. Emotions, particularly anger and fear, are like fire. They can cook your food and keep you warm, or they can burn your house down. 9. Fear is a friend of exceptional people. 10. Every fighter that ever lived had fear.  11. I should add that at no time does fear disappear. It’s just as bad in the hundredth fight as it was in the first, except by the time he reaches a hundred fights or long before that, he’s developed enough discipline where he can learn to live with it, which is the object, to learn to live with it. 12. Believe in yourself. A guy can feel it if you don’t believe in yourself. Set your mind to make yourself do it. 13. You get used to everything. Even the idea of dying is something a person gets used to, and he accepts it.” My Video: What can we learn from Cus D’Amento? https://youtu.be/yt0uYA8wZxIMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast2/What-can-we-learn-from-Cus-D’Amento.mp3

  • Distraction leads to depression
Why? Our time is limited. To waste time is the worst sin. (Mata Amritanandamayi) Because nobody can postpone his death! I have helped quite a lot of people who are wasting their time: 1.) For seeing TV.2.) On a smartphone.3.) Social media.4.) Gambling The people who I could not help ended in deep depression, frustration and even took suicide. When we are looking for distraction, we have the desire not to feel or think about that matters for us. With the distraction, we suppress our disturbing feelings and thoughts. Because of distraction, we: 1.) procrastinate on our work and leisure time;2.) get too less sleep;3.) can’t get all the things done;4.) have too less time for our family and friends;5.) lose focus;6.) ignore what we should do to improve; 7.) do not feel at all and become a Zombie or a person that will remain in his frustration for the rest of his life; 8.) become drug addicted.  After some time we have suppressed a lot of necessary information to change something for the good. After a long time, we are just like a garbage bag, full of negativity that will result in frustration or depression. If we would enjoy our life, we would not look for a distraction. Because we don’t have the time for that. And you think just a little distraction will not harm you? It will harm you because everything starts with the first step. The first step in the wrong direction will trigger the next step… And then to stop and to change the direction becomes more and more difficult. When we want to change our direction to become more mindful our negativity will surface. - It becomes a vicious circuit.  I have spoken with the best drug addiction therapists (Veeresh, Humaniversity) in the world… The problem with the drug addiction is the suppressed negative feelings gathered over a long time… If the drug addicted person wants to change, the suppressed negative feelings showing up and hinder so. A small change in their personality requires a huge fight…  For what? How to get rid of distraction? When you feel overloaded, stressfully…: Make sport, dancing, or better release your negative feelings… Afterward, meditate or sleep.  Look what you enjoy this very moment. Feel your pain and let it go. Life is painful and life is many times for everybody hard. Remember, through our hardships, we learn the best.   My Video: Distraction leads to depression https://youtu.be/1ELAVJ4-OC0My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/Distraction-leads-to-depression.mp3

  • How to get humiliated?
But I don’t want!!! That is the best way to get humiliated, it not to want. It is better when you don’t care to lose your face or not…  The anxiety to lose our face is unnecessary … It is one of the greatest obstacles in our life the fear to lose our face! Some examples… One of the greatest life coaches saw his dream partner… He went straight toward her and admitted: My heart is beating like crazy. I am so nervous to see you and to speak to you… One week later, they were married. As a pupil, I was shy, and I (16 years old) attended a dancing class. Somehow, I failed to do something and I had to choose a girl to dance the tango in front of 160 people … When I looked at a girl, she instantly turned away… I was stuttering… it got worse. And then I went to the female dance instructor and asked her to dance with me… All were laughing, I turned red… Still, it had helped me a lot. As a student, I had to speak in front of 300 students. I started to stutter… Messed up, got angry and then I could speak fluently…  What you see on these examples, first you get humiliated and then the things what you want. We take ourselves too seriously and that is our problem. One famous Therapist (Veeresh, Humaniversity): Demanded that we should go on the marketplace in our town (Bremen) and do the weirdest thing to get attention….. I have done some very crazy Qigong exercises: to be a bird and to fly… It was so crazy…  And afterward, I felt so free… like that flying bird…  We have built our jail by ourselves and only we can break that jail. Most of the inventors got humiliated for their ideas… For instance, Christoph Columbus intended to prove that the world is not a disk.  We have in us a 3 years old child and our superego (6-year-old child). Our 3 years old kid wants to have fun, sex, and Rock n’Roll. Our superego wants to fit perfectly in the society and wants that everybody is taking him seriously.  And that superego is our hindrance: 1.) to have fun, 2.) to become successful, 3.) to get the things that we want… Get rid of your fears to get humiliated and do the things that will humiliate you… Afterward, you will be so thankful and happy that you have done so. If you do it in the right way you feel that a heavy burden of personality is released. You will celebrate that day. Maybe it will be the best day of your life! • What is Spirituality?
The Buddhists reject all kind of Spirituality, they want only Nirvana… And all Spirituality is a distraction from their purpose to go to Nirvana… the extinction of the ego. Nirvana should be perfect peace and calmness. Even to feel bliss and love is a distraction… It never has existed the destruction or extinction of the ego during our life or afterward… Like all the other Religions the Buddhists like to sell dreams and to suck out the people. Still, the teaching and techniques from the Buddhists are good.   So why we should not enjoy or gain our Spirituality? And what is True Spirituality?  We have read or even seen Magic or people who have gained Magic and exhibit their Magic. Imagine, you have kidney stones and you go to a Philippine Healer and he removes the kidney stones without surgery. And then you see that the Philippine healers are pursuit from the authority for their wrongdoing…  This means magic healing is forbidden and black magic?!! When the doctors are vaccinating with 14 vaccines a baby and 65% of the babies getting chronicle ill then this is SCIENCE?  What is White Magic?  If we discover this very endless moment where we can embrace the irresistible whole being… we are mad or insane for the doctor… maybe they deliver us to a madhouse…  Regardless of what kind of Spirituality we experience it is denied, forbidden or rejected. The Africans are beating the drums, singing and dancing like crazy to experience a spiritual helper in the animal realm. During the dancing, the Africans going into a trance, healing occurs… For the Missionaries is this evil. If the Christian Africans dancing and singing like crazy and experience the Lord, then this is awesome… During the African worship of Jesus healing and many miracles happen. And this Spirituality is accepted by the church…  The demonstration of Spirituality to gain power or money is rather more Black Magic. And we should not waste our time on that! If we see the awesome Kung Fu fighters who have magical power without that they surrender their life to the Lord or to heal the people, then this is Black Magic too. We can easily gain great spiritual and healing power through Qigong. Even Qigong is connected to Kung Fu.  It is more important what we do with our spiritual power than what kind of spiritual power we do have. Through meditation, we gain awesome Spirituality without harming anybody. And everybody is gaining his natural Spirituality without forcing anything. When we suddenly embrace blissful the irresistible whole being and are in trance, then that has happened through our spiritual practice (meditation, yoga, Qigong) naturally. And we should be grateful without telling anybody about that… I don’t want that you get in trouble, - enjoy and be grateful. Still, I think that the best is to be connected to God and have faith in God.    Read my book: Why the Religions have failed and not God? (Why don’t exist Hell, Paradise, Moksha, Nirvana, and Enlightenment?) • 5 types of people, you can’t trust.
When you like to live your highest purpose, you have to know which people you can trust for advice.  1. Don’t trust peers and friends when you like to go upward the social ladder… Chinese Proverb… It is the highest joy to see your friend falling from the roof! When I climbed up rapidly on the social ladder or on the spiritual ladder, I lost all of my friends because of jealousy… For instance, you like to be an entrepreneur and earn big money, and be successful. All of your friends or peers who are not entrepreneurs will give you the worst advice to keep you on their level…Many of them are jealous and become your worst enemies… Forget them, leave them alone, otherwise they push you down! 2. Don’t trust neighbors or acquaintances…They don’t know enough from you to advise you. And most are jealous to see you advance.  3. Don’t trust your parents or family members. Mostly they can’t advise you and they are jealous. The parents don’t like, that you take significant risks because it is too risky for them that you fail. And you should do what they want and not what you want.  My parents, two academics, didn’t want that I study and become an engineer. They thought that I am too stupid… When I got my engineering degree, they ignored it and didn’t want that! Then I changed my personality to become spiritual and religious… My parents opposed that and kicked me out, which I appreciated.   The solution is simply to avoid speaking about what can offend your family and go your own way.Don’t share your plans.Encourage them…  4. Teachers and preachers, institutional leaders... They can’t advise you when you are going on a different path for them. 5. Spouse or partnerIf your spouse or partner opposes, that you want to change your life and become what you want, then this doesn’t fit.If your spouse like to support you or like to work with you together, perfectly.  …  You write down exactly what you intend to do and why you like to do that and how you want to do it. Then you give “your manifest” to your spouse so that your spouse has a chance to understand you and to read it again and again, … Look what happens…  My Video: 5 types of people, you can’t trust. https://youtu.be/9F8BKaEiSzEMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast2/5-types-of-people-you-can’t-trust.mp3

  • Why do the Japanese live longer?
The Life Expectancy of a Japanese is 84.75 years. Only Monaco has a higher  Life Expectancy of 89.75 years. Never the less Japan has over 50000 people over 100 years old… They are thinner, working harder and best until they die… Without a purpose, nobody can live long…  The Japanese are well known for their focus and goal setting. And the purpose should not chase for excitement. The purpose should be based on honesty and good outcome regardless if this is boring… And the Japanese are very honest. Attitude is everything. Dishonest people can’t see where they are wrong and can’t so live on an optimum… If we are honest and if we want to be happy we don’t look for short time happiness or a  short time gratification. We look for a healthy lifestyle.  The Japanese products are famous for their quality and last a long time. People who are working and don’t care for the outcome live shorter because their focus is on short time satisfaction/happiness. Why?  If we focus on a good outcome we focus also to live long… Because we want to gain from our work in the long term, that means a longer life. The Diet of the Japanese is a good mixture of rice, veggies, and fish. The Japanese avoid high-calorie food and eat easy to digest food. …  For sure the Japanese don’t eat that awful pizza (pizza needs over one-day digestion… ) or tarts…  Still, 90% of the population use a Microwave oven.  And the Japanese are thinner than the average person from Europe, America, and Thailand… The Japanese (90% of the adults, 98% of the kids) love to walk or to ride on a bicycle to their work/school…and love to exercise … The Japanese care for the elderly, parents and grandparents. They learn easy to socialize and go often out with their colleges … The separation between work and leisure time is not so much. • What is the Gear Acquisition Syndrome?
The Gear Acquisition Syndrome (GAS) is the all-consuming desire to expand our collection of gear. People became bankrupt, divorced and took suicide through their GAS. The idea is that we need the best equipment to make the best… The reason might be if our equipment is not good enough we are not good enough. Or we are unsatisfied and think that we can buy happiness, peace of mind…  How does GAS start? We imagine: We have bought that top camera and after some time we see better cameras. There exist never any good camera for every application… Still, we think the grass is greener at the neighbors garden… Instead of shooting pictures we search the Internet for better equipment. Finally, we find the camera or lens and we imagine that we could be much better with that camera or lens.  We get obsessed with our desire instead to shoot more pictures with our not perfect equipment.  And then we read all the reviews of that particular lens… some are good, some are bad… We get paralyzed… What to do?  Ignore the bad reviews and to buy it in any way or even on credit?  We ring all shops to find our desired lens. Finally, we find the right shop. We drive our car like a madman. We arrive sweating this shop and ask to try that lens on our camera… But the shop owner denies… that is too risky….He gives us his camera and we can shoot only inside. We are so nervous that our hands are shaking and the pictures are blurred… Still, we know that this lens will change our life for the best…. We start to bargain, and we can’t concentrate on that, because we are too identified… Finally, we get that lens with a 5% discount. We feel guilty that we have bought this overpriced lens. And we can’t shoot that awesome pictures like the Pros… We start to hate ourselves and our lens. After some time we accept our lens…  We start to save money on everything because we are nearly bankrupt. What to do? When I am identified with any material good that I desire, I don’t purchase anything. Because identification is always wrong for any material thing, not so with love or God.  If you have a spouse or friend ask him to control your money. Give yourself the permission never to spend on one single thing over a specific amount.. like $300. Instead of spending money for expensive equipment travel around. And imagine to travel with heavy equipment is no fun at all…   Instead to buy better equipment to learn on your specific subject. For instance lesson in music will bring more benefit than an expensive guitar or learn Adobe Photoshop instead to get better camera gear! Practice more.  Ask yourself why you are not happy?  My Video: What is the Gear Acquisition Syndrome? https://youtu.be/lIAlph06E0cMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/What-is-the-Gear-Acquisition-Syndrome.mp3

  • What can Osteopathy do for you?
Osteopathy is a uniquely holistic way to heal your spine, back problems, all of your joints from your, arms, leg, and much more. Osteopathy became famous with Craniosacral therapy, which heals your spine…Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms, including headaches, neck pain, and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. An Osteopathic physician is a medical doctor who specialized in Osteopathy…  In every case, you are in good hands. I got many treatments from many different Osteopaths and always got positive results…. Osteopathy uses techniques from American Indians and from all other holistic healing that works for 100%. An Osteopath using manual medicine means that both diagnosis and treatment are carried out with the hands. An Osteopath will do also soft chiropractic to align the vertebrae of your spine. From my experience, the Osteopath’s manipulation of the spine is much more effective and skillful than that of the Chiropractor …Because, he/she doesn’t need so much power.   And much more…, An Osteopath injects dextrose into the intervertebral discs, joints, and tendons so that the discs, joints, and tendons will grow. … For instance, this can work for a broken disc or knee-meniscus problems where surgery is recommended… Before you undertake such surgery check if an Osteopath can help you!!!!   Osteopathy can provide relief and treatment for a wide range of conditions. These include: arthritisfoot, ankle, hip, and knee painback pain, neck pain, and sciaticahand, shoulder, and elbow painheadachestennis and golfer’s elbowpostural problems due to pregnancy, sports injury, driving or work strain, or digestive issuesneuralgiaOsteopathic physicians can also detect conditions that are not treatable through osteopathy, to refer patients to other specialists.  An osteopathic physician may also issue prescription medicine and use surgical methods to support holistic, manual treatment. Many osteopathic physicians also serve as primary care physicians in fields such as family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics.
