  • Why we need a healthy lifestyle?
My Video: Why we need a healthy lifestyle? https://youtu.be/9Ppl2BZW9F0 My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. As a happy and successful person, we must understand that it is crucial for us to be healthy. All kind of sickness will affect somehow more or less our happiness and success. Today 25% - 30% of the people of the developed countries have severe heart diseases, cancer, and diabetes... This means nearly every body is ill. If we think that the doctors/health insurance is responsible for our health, then we are out of our control of our lives... For instance... all kind of Western heart medicine makes us sick. The American Doctor Association has proved on a research of 48000 heart patients over the length of 18 years... that with heart (or lowering blood and cholesterol) medicaments 3 times more death on not heart-related diseases and 4 times more heart attacks. Or cancer.... all cancer drugs have caused much more the death, than without Western medicine. Because the Western Medicaments weaken our immune system, and every day 13000 cancer cells are attacking our body.... how would it be to strengthen our immune system...? Dementia is caused by Western medicine... Diabetes is caused by industrial food (120 years ago only 0.0028% had diabetes). You find the links at the end. Our food is crucial for our health. For a healthy body, we need enzymes, vitamins and enough healthy bacteria for our bowels in our food (if not enough healthy bacteria in our intestines, our immune system is getting weak and also our digestion). The today industrially processed food: has no enzymes, no usable vitamins,is destroying our healthy bacteria in our bowels, makes our body acid (that promotes cancer and heart diseases),pollutes our blood vessels (heart attack and brain stroke),makes us fat, and has many poison ingredients inside, from the production and cheap ingredients. Even worse is the meat, poultry, and fish production is total acid for our body and for instance in chicken is arsenic, in meat and fish products are Antibiotics, heavy metals, estrogen.  Only junk food like Pizza, French fries, ketchup is worse. If I see today what the industrially processed food had done to the Indian and Nepalis. Within 20 YEARS  when the Indians and Nepalis were eating industrially processed food, they became sick and fat. Also, the meat had destroyed their health. Before was the traditional Indian food without meat, fat, oil - only beans, vegetable, fruits, and rice. The health was excellent and the bodies vigorous and thin. If we would omit white sugar... cancer cells need 16 times more sugar than normal cells, white sugar promotes heart diseases, diabetes, kills vitamins, kills healthy bacteria in our bowels... If we would omit oil (cold pressed oil is okay)... oil clogs our blood vessels (heart attack and brain stroke) makes the digestion difficult, makes fat... For sure we need enough body exercises, sleep and time to relax. Ask yourself,  why you can't adapt to a healthy life style. In which situation is the craving for junk food? If you are happy and fulfilled can you adapt to a healthy lifestyle? The best food are: fresh unsweetened juices, green smoothies, raw vegetables and fruits.....eat it before your main menu (wait a half hour)and eat every day fermented unboiled vegetables for healthy bacteria in your bowels or take probiotics. I suggest: In the morning after you get up drink 1/2l  warm water with ground ginger, lemon or citron juice, and if you like with real honey. This will make your immune system strong and purify your body. Then make body exercise and self-massage for at least 1/2 hour... This makes you strong... For breakfast take a green smoothie without white sugar.... if you want it sweet and appeasing your hunger add ripe bananas and real honey. Or drink unsweetened fresh pressed juice from fruits or vegetable... Or eat only fruits. Eat one time fermented unboiled vegetable a day (7 sp

  • Why we break our promises?
My video: Why we break our promises? https://youtu.be/clxvaUc9dqU My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. We had decided and then we got a new option, a desire that contradicts our first choice… Never less we should stick to our first choice. Otherwise, we become weak.. we condition us to be weak, we don’t respect ourselves and are becoming a person that runs behind his/her desires and never will get what we want; never will get peace in our mind. Our mind always creates new desires so that we can’t fulfill all of our desires, maybe only a few. We concentrate after the 20/80 rule (20% of our work brings 80% of the outcome… ) on the greatest desires and the other desires we let go. And then we take steps to fulfill our desires and ignoring our new desires…. Sure there are always some exceptions, where we should change our decision… For the weak person, there is always an exception. We write down our promises and read them again and again, so that we never forget them, the best time for that is, when we go to bed and when we go out of the bed. When we had kept our promises, we celebrate that every day. If we break our promises and beat us up for that, then we can go in a vicious circuit with our bad consciousness. Then, again and again, we break our promises… Because our ego loves to suffer!!!!! Many times the catch is that our inner child is playing this game with us… That it hates to keep any promise, to be under pressure, to make things it doesn’t like…. The solution is simple, we give our inner child the pleasure and time that it needs and then our inner child will easier corporate to things that it doesn’t like…. The next problem is, to set too big goals/promises that we never can accomplish… We make small steps in the Right Direction, with smaller goals/promises that are easier to keep…. So that we don’t get overwhelmed from our to do list…. A Sufi can keep every rule and break every rule. It means that we don’t get court up in following every rule to every time always… Sound contradicting… God has created the world in 7 days, and the Sunday was a day off. This means, for a particular time we break our own rules consciously… For instance, during your holidays we don’t have to work, or take one day off for your workouts… It should be even better to do so… Otherwise, we become a slave of our own rules or our own prison guard of our jail out of moralities and standards. In this case, our Perfectionisms is in the way… I have seen it again and again… How hard the people are suffering, if they don’t make it perfect or follow their rules to 100%…  Enjoy to make not everything perfect, only Allah is perfect… Take a break from your hard regime and Enjoy your life now… My Audio https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/Why+we+break+our+promises.mp3

  • Don’t take this article too seriously otherwise you fail. I hate to fail, and I am the greatest failure… Because I had failed when it was impossible to fail. And I failed to fail when it was not possible not to fail. Even I failed to fail… I failed in the failing contest… But I never failed to speak and write incorrect any language. And I was so many times lucky when I failed … Think over, first you like to get that girl/boy friend and then (s)he is such a failure… When two failures together make one baby failure more because you didn’t fail in the bed… Many times failing is better than to be successful. All people hate to fail? Why, to fail gives us the chance to improve our failing? Do You think, when you finally get your desired outcome, then your failing ends? Never, because then you like more and so you fail more… What is if you enjoy your failing… Then you enjoy your life. But this is against the rules and the laws! The people will hate you that you enjoy your life, even when you fail. You will be in any case a failure because you fail to suffer. So more you suffer so more you successful fail.   Our chance is only to fail and to suffer, then we are great, awesome people. If you do not fail, the people will be jealous on you. So better is to fail and to suffer… We should be successful failures, everything should be okay with us. • What have the Disasters to do with God?
My Video: What have the Disasters to do with God? https://youtu.be/xEB-TvQmLEg My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. We can not blame God/Allah for any disaster or bad luck… Because we are responsible for our life. There was a Guru who was teaching faith… His disciples went into the jungle to collect wood, and then a wild elephant troop was encountered them. One disciple didn’t run away, instead were facing the wild elephants. The other disciples were calling him: Go! But he didn’t move…  The elephants run over him… After he recovered, the Guru asked him, why you didn’t run away? He said only I had faith in God. Could you not hear God shouting: Go, through the mouths of the others? If we are open, then we see, hear, recognize the warning for a disaster quite before it happened.  I had warned the people for the nature catastrophes/ stock market crashes, nobody believed me as usual, … I said 2005, we are running in nature catastrophic cycle (every 650 years) and the stock exchange crash cycle (every 50 years, and every 10 years) … This means, the world has his cycles/mechanics, and they run without that God interferes. If we are open to our intuition, then we get the warnings. For the religious people like Bob Proctor, is the intuition the answer of God. For what we need than God? People who were challenging big catastrophes with all the nightmares/traumas could recover much faster if they had a positive belief… (After a research from Hurricane Katharina) A positive belief is, that you give  “thank you” to God that you had survived, still alive… Enough to eat… A negative belief is, for instance, that you think, God wants to punish you… or the people for their sins… Or the devil had done it… With a positive belief we go much easier through our life, we know that we don’t have anything under our control and trust God. That God knows it much better than us what is the best for us and that “his will” will happen. He will give us at the right moment what we need and not necessarily what we want. We find inside of us peace just through our belief in God. God is love, and if we surrender to God, we become what we surrender to. For my personal life, I can prove that I got protected from God/Allah through the worst situation in life… I faced in the last 12 years 4 times the death, was one time clinical dead, one time my entire body paralyzed, no doctor could help me… And even 20 years ago, when I was living very risky, and my friends are worrying like crazy for me… I said: I will prove that everything is under control of God… and at the end, I asked them: Is there a God or not… They just shut up…. If we want to gain something, then we have to do also the work… If we want to win the Highest/ Best, we have to do a lot more… And this is so true for the inner path, belief, and trust in God. We need the worst time in our life for developing love and faith for God/Allah. • There exists no time.
My video: There exists no time https://youtu.be/bsZTSpGQJ4M My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. Time only exists in our mind!!! Everything happens now… We can only be in the now. Nothing is there to come and nothing past. But an eternal now does always last. Abraham Cowley. This is exactly how it is, in our mind exist past and future; in reality, it doesn’t exist. Time has only a relative existence! Carlyle  When you sit with a nice girl for two hours, you think it is only a minute. When you sit on a hot stove for a minute, you think it is two hours. Time is relative and so not real…. Albert Einstein For instance when we dream, we think that we have dreamed for hours, in reality, we have dreamed only for seconds. If we live in our mind, we are missing that moment that happens now… And so we lose our life.  If we are living entirely in the here and now, then we are relaxed, or we are in the flow…there is no space for thinking… There is no time, only this moment nothing more … Life starts to become beautiful. And for that is Meditation. Meditation is connecting with the divine/God/Allah, the mind is calming down without forcing/pushing, and then we are in the here and now... If we are in the flow, then only this moment is crucial for us. What is to be in the flow?  If we are relaxed and concentrate on what we are doing… Our doing will happen by itself…. The Chinese Proverb: Wu Wei: To do without doing, … Explains the flow. For instance, 80% of the complicated surgery is happening in the movement for the whole team! All great artists like the musicians, painters are in the flow when they create, the same goes for sport…. For instance when I was skiing a very difficult ski piste at high speed… I had to be in the flow, - one thought or fear could cause that I would fall (no time for thinking. If we are total emerged in the flow, like my example with skiing … Then we are in the here and now,- we are timeless. Or when I write this blog, I am in the flow, I let the words come, without thinking or forcing. For what is then time? To measure a movement. If we relax and think more slowly… The time slows down… And that is wonderful, to become timeless… We have just to go out of our head… To become timeless, to enjoy this moment. What is the most precious moment in our life? Now!!! My Audio https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/There+exist+no+time..mp3

  • Why the worldly life will never work out?
My Video: Why the worldly life will never work out? https://youtu.be/St90RF1VgZU My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. If we see the assumptions for a happy life from the perspective of a worldly person, we can easily see that it will never work out… The problem is that we all have overtaken these wrong worldly concepts and still we live after them. The worldly concepts are: Get a good education. A good job. Marry your love one. Get children. Build a house. Get your car. Do you think even if we get the best from the world that we can gain lasting happiness through that? Nobody can buy love, health, and happiness. All Parents suffer a lot through their children. The parents sacrifice much energy for their children, and when they are old the children are caring for their own children and can’t care for their parents! There was a king in the Srimad Bhagavatam who got children, and his children had been bad kids. Never the less the king said wicked children are good children because I am not identified with them! You get the most beautiful or wealthy, successful spouse and then this spouse is cheating you. Or after some time he or she bores you, or you can’t sleep with him/her anymore or get separated from you, or he is getting bankrupt, has an accident and can’t work anymore. If we run after worldly pleasure, money, success, power, and women; our energy is exhausted, and we can’t care for our body. We are eating junk food, taking Western Medicine and don’t make body exercise; we hope everything will work out. Do you know what the most expensive beds are? The death bed and the sick bed! We can’t pay anybody to die for us or to be ill! The Bible is saying you have to build your house on sand and now it is leaning to one side. The solution: We should live a healthy lifestyle and develop an independent happiness that will not be affected by mundane things. And only then we are not a slave of the world or of our worldly desires. (Bible) Religion should give us peace of the mind and bliss if we conduct Religion in the right way. And this right way is hardly taught in the traditional religions. We have to look for real masters (masters who are seeking the truth and doesn’t have the truth; improving each day) and not for these divine, holy, enlightenment Cheaters where the stupid mass are going!!! (see my Youtube, blog, podcast: There exist no Enlightenment!) We choose to live our dreams and to gain faith in God. • What is a digital addiction?
My Video: What is a digital addiction?  https://youtu.be/J0rEW7_azQo My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. If we look at the statistics, how many times the average people are using their smartphone to take care of the emails, Facebook  … The UK Kids are checking 150 times/ day their smartphone… And even 69% of the children complain that their parents spend too much time on their mobile device at home. Half of all UK adults admit to being ‘completely hooked‘ on their smartphones. Through this addiction the people: lose the ability of critical thinking (this is good for the politician); lose the attention for their environment including their kids, spouse, and friends; 1. lose their focus; 2. live in an unreal world; 3. escape from their reality/ problems; forget their feelings; 4. live like a Zombie… Imagine you are together with a guy, who is texting and checking his smartphone… Do you think that this guy will give his attention to you, or maybe that you just disturb him, or maybe you start also to work on your smartphone? Maybe we want: 1. to fill such dark hole in us, 2. or we are bored, looking for excitement… 3. or run away from our fears 4. or inside depression; - when we checking our smartphone. We should ask ourselves, do we want to become a slave to our smartphone? Why we want the distraction of our smartphone? A high performer like J. T. Fox is checking only two times a day his emails, Facebook. Everybody has only 24hours a day, and we all have a limited time on this planet… How would it be, if we start to digital detox? This means even High Performer doing that, switch off our Internet, smartphone in the middle of the day… And look what we really want or start to feel our feelings, our body. Inhale and exhale deeply. Live and feel the here and now… My Audio  https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/What+is+digital+addiction.mp3

  • The worst times are the best!
My video: The worst times are the best! https://youtu.be/5gsXfyrXpWY My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. Looks really masochistic.... For sure the meanings is not that we are looking for suffering or hardship...  The meaning is rather more that we learn to appreciate our difficulties and to be thankful for that, instead to blemish our circumstances or people, be it our spouse or chief... The Sufis are saying build your enemies a throne... because we profit from them at most and not from our friends who confirm our personality instead to challenge us to become better... If we see the hardships as learning opportunity instead of complaining or fighting against our hardship, we profit from every hardship... After we had realized that our attitude was wrong or that we have been wrong or that we have to adapt to the situation and that not necessary our world (how we conceive) was right.... our personality changes...and so us or our world. We become open for new opportunities, start a new life... The greatest opportunities in our life are during our worst suffering/hardships, where we can connect with God/Allah and in good times we never can do so. Maybe you understand the story from Hiob (Bible), where Hiob got all the hardships from the devil to get tested from the Lord... And so it was/will be with every god seeker, Bhakti Yogi or Sufi.... we go through the tests of the Lord and our life will be transformed, when we fix our mind and heart on the Lord. I got so many tests from the Lord, and the last big test was, when I was laying in the hospital, my entire body was paralyzed, the doctors could not help me... I just repeated the name of the Lord (this time it was Allah) and gave thank you to God...And then I imagine that I can do it by myself- to walk out of the hospital,..... so I did after 7 hours... • The Law of Attraction and Law of Karma
My video: The Law of Attraction and Law of Karma  https://youtu.be/z0BoIFyziJ4 My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. My new Book is out: The Magic of Qigong! The book is with the most efficient Qigong including their videos. You will learn also the Immortal Qigong of the Grandmaster Lu Zijian, who was vigor until he passed away with 118 years. You can get this book for free on Amazon, until Monday. The description and the free download you find on my website https://ask-rudy.com/qigong The Law of Attraction is working for everybody, we attract what is inside of us, regardless of whether we are aware of it or not. The law of attraction also involves the law of Karma. The Law of Karma isn’t something that everybody can understand as easily. Buddha said: Simply thinking about Karma brings us to madness, so don't over think it. The stronger our feelings are for something that we want, or do not want – The bigger the attraction. Our negative emotions are much stronger than our positive ones, so we attract what we: Are afraid ofHateAre angry aboutLoveWantDon't want...Have a Bad conscious of It makes much more sense for us to focus on the things we do want! The psychology has proved that we continuously repeat situations/dramas/traumas from our childhood until we have full awareness of it... So the harder our childhood was, the more difficult our lives will be growing up. Even scientists have proved that we manipulate our environment including the people within it to get the same results that we got in certain situations of our childhood… If we had, for instance, significant problems with our mother about our tidiness/or getting angry in a given situation, we are likely to have the same type of challenges with our spouse. Again meditation is at least awareness! If we steal something and have an evil consciousness about this deed... Then we are likely to attract the police through our fear. The Vedanta gives us, even more, clues that most people do not understand. If a person steals something and is identified with this deed, then he is the thief. If the individual is not identified, then he is not the doer. -If he is not the doer, then he doesn't attract the punishment. We can now understand why many wicked people don't attract the struggles that they deserve. We might think these evil guys are going to Hell, but I don't personally believe in hell outside of myself. On the other hand, the established religions are living very well from this "hell."  In other words, give me your money, and I free you from your sins, and then you don't have to go to the hell! This is really a good business! With the law of Karma, for every deed we do, whether it be good or a bad, we receive the same back... From my own life experience, I can see that this does not always work for everybody. It comes even better, if we have no identification for anything after the Vedanta, we are greater than the Gods, and we can control the world. Krishna said identification is sorrow, or identification is ego! If we have no identification, we are beyond worldly matters. The solution is simple, work on your ego and become good at meditation. • How to tell the truth?
My video: How to tell the truth?  https://youtu.be/Ryi_zoaqSUc My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. The main difference between East and West is that the Asian people don’t like, to tell the truth if the truth is hurting the other person. For the Bible is telling the truth far most better than to flat the other person or to omit the truth. - An honest word is better than 1000 flatter words. (Bible). The Hindu religion doesn’t want that we tell under all circumstances negative things even it is necessary. For instance, your house is burning, nobody should tell you that! Similar is the Buddhist religion that nobody should be engaged in negative talks. For me is this total wrong. Even if I hurt somebody, I tell the truth. Gandhi said: Nobody can hurt me without my permission! If I hurt somebody, then this is his/her problem and not my problem. Because I can’t always know in advance which words or interpretation of some word are hurting. For instance for me was to mention the Tsunami very painful, because I survived the Tsunami; or even children when we lost our unborn child… Why should I be angry at that person? This is my trauma. And to omit, to tell the truth, even we run in the open knife is terrible! The other rule for me is: What you can't kill makes me stronger. I need the truth and omitting, to tell the truth, will harm much more, even the truth hurts.  Everybody is blind for his own mistakes, so what is wrong to tell the other person his mistakes, bad habits?  We can only improve if we know our mistakes! When I have read the article from Dr. Patrick Liew: “Friends who love you speak the truth even if the truth hurts” I was shocked again, that the people didn’t warn his friend how terrible was his business and then he became bankrupt … All of my Gurus were encouraged to tell openly the mistakes of the people with we are together. And that is the best! Telling the Truth should be one of our foremost habits… to omit, to tell the truth, or your own opinion is terrible…!
