In relationships, we all see again and again meaningless communication about something else, and that doesn’t matter. Instead to connect with the feelings and to speak honesty what is inside. Why we can’t communicate, for instance, a child is sad, and the Mother asked why you are said. The child doesn’t know, and then the mother remembered that the feelings of the child were effected from the parting of its friend. The Mother said: common, you will see your friend in one week again and the kid is crying. After some time it is happy again. And so it is always with everybody, our feelings had been influenced by a situation some time ago, and we don’t realize that. Afterward, somebody is coming and we get very fast upset for a meaningless thing, because we had been already upset. If we would check first the mood and the feelings of our partner/spouse/friend before we start to speak, communication would be much different.  In  a loving relationship it is crucial to check first the feelings of our darling and try to speak as less as possible. Why? Our darling is so identified with us, that our darling can interpret everything wrong because of fear to lose us. For instance I got a card from my darling, many years ago, and the first time I read it, I interpreted every sentence wrong. My feelings got steered up and I decided to read the card again when I had calmed down. Actually, I could not read her hand writing, and then my mind had made up some stupid things. The best would be, if everybody will check contiguously his/her feelings instead of pretending that everything is good. Authenticity is what matters and not some faked good feelings. Because our suppressed negative feelings are getting piled up and at the most inopportune time they explode. For what? Do you like to see on the stage, somebody is faking good feelings or do you love more the style of  T. Harv. Eckert/ Antonie Robbins how they  express  there feelings in order that every sentence sounds different and is easier to memorize. Today on the stage is counting  authenticity for the credibility. The great Sufi Master Pir Inayat Hazard Khan said if you want to be a Master or the very expert you need to be a tyrant. Looks weird, the trueness is that you become a dictator for yourself. If you want to be an expert T. Harv Eker said, you have at least to spend 10,000 hours on your particular subject. Only so you can become the best in your business and become rich. I watched it again and again that these experts/stars are very self-focused (egocentric) because they concentrated most of their energy on their goals and for other things, they don’t have much energy. We don’t need to wonder why so often the marriage/family life is broken… from these experts/Artists… I  meditate since 34 years every day… over 12 years in Meditation retreats … So for sure, I am also a tyrant to find the best. I tweet everything to gain better results for my spiritual path…. And even worse was my father in his business… He was somehow my role model. On the other hand, these experts are also ordinary beings with feelings, so they don’t feel special, and you really can deal with them like normal people. They just neglect the normal desires, because their mission is most important …  and you feel that there is something missing. Actually the stars/experts are crazy work alcoholics, they have often fun with what they are doing, and a balanced life is for them/us BS. Because it stops them/us to do what we like to do. I have read many things about great Gurus, visited many Gurus and even have been a disciple of two of the most well-known Gurus (Osho and Amma (Mata Amritananda Mai, President of the Hindus). And I stayed 10 years with my Guru Amma.  I will write honest regardless if you agree or not agree my experience and understanding. It will shock you! There are very less real Gurus who can help you on your particular inner path and who don’t want to sell their system to you. This means we have to adapt to the teaching of the Guru even it doesn’t fit us. Or we chose honesty what is right for us by our self. Still, we can choose to try out the methods of our chosen Guru and see if these methods are working for us or not. So we can go our own path. Many disciples are saying (even they are not doing it by their self) we should surrender to 100% to our chosen Guru.  We are to 100% responsible for our life. Blind surrender to a Guru without taking responsibility is not surrender at all, this teaching is coming from Osho. So I respect all Gurus, and still, I can go my path and chose what I take from the Guru. In my Osho time, I was against the condoms and against to wear always red, so I took my own way. During my Amma time, I am/was against Karma yoga (selfless doing, - if there is an ego we are doing everything out of self-interest… so selfless doing is not possible) because it isn’t working. I was meditating every day in her presents 8 to 12 hours. Even the Ashram didn’t like it, and this was their problem. After  9 years I became the saint there… got adored on Amma’s website for a half year…. What is if we had been at a fake Guru… Osho answered it so: a selfless disciple will help anything and even a fake Guru can enlightenment him; a self-righteous disciple nobody can help. If you have done like me, you never will regret that you have stayed with your Guru… And now comes the Shocker: One of the dearest disciples of Amma had published the book: “ Holly Hell” and in this book, she is telling what is behind the veil…. How to accept every person as they are, to accept the doing of anyone, even it looks evil, bad, unfair for us…? How is it to live in peace with the world and ourselves? Instead of fighting, finding faults… Still, it is good to fight for peace in the world and to remain calm and relaxed. Everybody has to go his own path, we can only give our service to him/her and not to change the person. If everybody has the same opinion, the world would be shipwrecked. Imagine you are on a boat and everybody likes to sit on the same side… The different opinions, direction makes the world complete. Even we think that we are right the other person might be with an opposite view correct too. When my friend was dying from cancer, I asked my doctor how he can accept that, when my friend had before his ultimate healing a deadly accident? My doctor said this problem I have every day… The patient can choose if he agrees with my treatment or if he leaves. My last patient said I can’t adapt to your diet, one week later he died! We are limited to our blocks, fears inside of us that hinder us from being unlimited. Even worse we love to be limited… One example, a dog on a line or in a garden knows how far he can go… he feels safe and strong… so he can bark like crazy, and he thinks that nobody can harm him… The line makes him strong because it is a protected area through his owner… Now I like to provoke you. Yes, we are the same.  Because in our area/environment we feel safe and even worse our friends, spouse, family, parents want that we don’t change; even when we change, they keep us inside of them self as the same person as we had been before. Should that keep us limited? Have you seen a dog together with several dogs? How strong he feels together barking. We are the same; we don’t like to go our own individual way; we want proof from other people that we are right…. Wow … .Should that keep us limited? Do you know the worst abusive sentence in Russia? You are a drilled dog!!! Somehow we want to be free, unlimited and then we don’t do the action that is necessary for that because our mind wants us not to change. Our mind wants us to protect, not to do new things, have a new experience, that the mind can’t calculate or forecast. An unlimited life scares our mind. For the spiritual path means to be unlimited to be enlightened (Nirvana). That is total freedom from our mind, ego-free, regardless where and when you live. I never liked to be pressed in any role or could not identify myself to be something, never less I have fear to try out new things… I ignore my fears because I have a drive that want to be free, that loves challenges. And this part everybody has. There exist no protected area where it is not possible to die. All this safety/protection is Mind F… is a total illusion, even when I try to live a safe life, I can’t control the environment/the world or for instance that crazy car driver. The biggest barrier is inside of ourselves. Have you seen that a big elephant can be bind with a weak robe to a tree, and still he thinks that he can’t escape? And that is precisely how we are limit ourselves…. Even we can’t be unlimited; we can challenge us. And when we do so, our life becomes amazing. They have put a Hamburger with French fries, chicken nuggets from Mc Donald for 4 months outside in the subtropical climate of Puerto Rico. After 4 months still the food was there, it was just only dried; no insect had touched it… This means there are so many chemicals inside of the food from Mac Donald that even insects are running away from such poison food. It is well known that  KFC is putting arsenic inside of the chicken because of the danger of salmonellae … still, this should be food. And this is mainly true for all these fast food chains restaurants… They are putting so many chemicals inside the food as necessary, to keep the food fresh for a long time and that the food is delicious and addicted… The combination of white sugar, sweet- acid, cheap oil, gluten, chemicals… makes the food addicted, for instance:  Ketchup, mayonnaise, French fries, Pizza, Tarts, Apply Pie, Potatoes chips, hot dog … If we go farther and look on the beverages that the fast food chains restaurants serve like: sodas, Coca-Cola, coffee, beer … then for sure fast food chains restaurants are making the people ill…. A test had proved that children which eating regular food from the fast food chains are worse in the school than children who don’t go to the fast food restaurants… Fast food chain restaurants make the people fat and cause  Obesity,  Diabetes, Cancer, heart attack…. We don’t need to go to the fast food chains restaurants, they are even not cheap… Small restaurants with fewer dishes are usually much more delicious and healthy. Still, we have the problem that every cheap restaurant like to save money on the ingredients. This means they cook with cheap oil, using white sugar, ketchup, mayonnaise, white flour… In Thailand, they have found out that the cheap Thai Food makes you fat and ill….  In the USA is a law, that protects the Pharmaceutic industry, when they produce heavy poison medicaments that kills people, nobody can make lawsuit against  them… Obama made it worse that today the food producer can produce, GMO Food, irradiation Food, or put as many pesticides and other poison inside the food without that they have to tell you what is inside… and a lawsuit is quite impossible to win against the food producer. In veggie burgers for instant,  they found even rat meat…. And in Europe it is not so, they have to tell you what is inside…. For instance, for the beer, they have to describe that the beer is chemical like in the USA, or GMO food, irradiation Food has to be labeled … In Europe, you can’t sell such awful food… because the people are much more aware it. Instead, we look for the good in that situation. It is so easy to look good, even when we messed up when we blemish people, circumstances. For instance, the Gold price went down because the Banks and the US Government had manipulated the Gold price to stabilize the Dollar and Euro. When we had invested in Gold, we lost a lot for sure we can blame,… Does it help? Never! We have in every case to accept the situation regardless what injustice had happened. We are responsible for our lives and nobody else! So more we feel responsible for everything in our life so happier we are! (After a research in London) Life is a risk and injustice is a big part of our life… I ask openly where is justice? I hardly had found any. For instance, the Deutsche Bank had to pay $2 bill of fines for the Gold price manipulation…. In the end, the Deutsche Bank was bankrupt, and the Government gave Deutsche Bank $550Bill. Who cares for the $2 Bill fine? The loss gets socialized, and the profit gets privatized! We have to act, regardless what, to get back on track. Feel the pain and go! What is if our strategies didn’t work out? Question yourself, learn from the situation and change your strategies! What is when your spouse is always so bad to you… Hu hu … First, you have loved your spouse and then comes the suffering. With the suffering, we go in learning mode… and look that we improve ourselves, regardless what. We communicate honestly about our problems in our relationship with our spouse. Instead of complaining, we are making every day a gratitude list about why it is so great together with our spouse… This will help a lot. I give you here some exercises that will activate the creativity in your brain. Make one or several per day for a month. Ask yourself what disturbs or makes you angry. Find the solutions for that... Make brainstorming, write down for 5 minutes everything, that comes in your mind. Don't manifest the solution, it is enough to imagine the solution. Do not judge yourself negatively or put yourself under pressure. Remain relaxed and be happy with every solution you find. Motivate yourself and praise yourself. What can you make better? Find the solutions. Take 5 fancy words (Country, noun, verb, adjective, animal) which don't fit together and write for 5 minutes a story where all 5 words occur. Take a sheet of paper and draw with color pencils whatever comes in your mind. Again be happy with every picture that you draw. Hear different music and move your body in every direction the body like to go (body flow). Don't judge.... Let the body move by itself. ...
