  • Nonviolent communication
Or how to connect with people My Video: Non-violent communication  https://youtu.be/theKluFmEZc My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. What to do? Observation: When we want to speak about anything we should tell neutral, without judging what we have seen/heard, in any case, don’t judge people. So the auditorium can understand us. If the auditorium responds emotionally with blaming, still, we remain neutral and ask:          Why or what had hurt his/her feelings?          What is the hurting component?          If we do so, we connect with the other person! Feelings:  We tell how we feel about that subject so that we can connect. If we get a negative feedback with abusing (we remain neutral), again we ask:          What has the other person understood?          How he/she had interpreted what we have said?          So that we can understand the other person. Needs: We communicate what we need at that moment, on information, feedback from the other person,- clear and concise. Request: We say what we want from that other person, make it Clear! For instance, please help me… If the other person saying: No to our request, we accept that. Maybe we can ask if he/she can do something else for us? For instance: I applied for a job as a student at a big Coffee producer. We had been about 50 students (females and males). The job description was just to pack the coffee and Cocoa packages. The supervisor addressed me and said; you look very strong, for you is the best to work in the production (this means tough work). I didn’t like that and was complaining that this is not after the description of the job. This means, I was hurt and my needs were to work together with these cute female students and have fun with them... The supervisor just embraced me, could understand my feelings and console me. This was the perfect response from a natural human being … Many times discussing doesn’t work out, when feelings are hurt; just this loving embracing from a hard, strong looking guy made everything easy. All we need is love and compassion. His needs was a strong guy, so he explained my work to mix the Nesquik chocolate powder (18 tons/every day) and that I get the highest salary. He requested my help, and my request was to earn big money and not to work 3 shifts like the other students... Everything was solved within minutes. That is non-violent communication. If we apply these non-violent communications, we should never use the words… You should, or I deserve… Because then we are not neutral and don’t let the other person a choice. We don’t force the other person to our outcome; nor we will give any advice, without the permission of the other person. If the other person is getting emotional, -angry, sad… We just breathe deep in and out, relax and look what the other person really wants. Even the other person doesn't want to fulfill our request we remain neutral... Our goal is always to connect with people and not to manipulate or misuse a person for our desires. If we together with our spouse/friends/kids/parents, look in the eyes and just embrace, give a lovely kiss when the other person is hurt, instead of discussing…!!!!! Even better we can do that always... So the world becomes better!!!! • For what we need intelligence?
My video: For what we need intelligence? https://youtu.be/-2vvWB9zWF0 My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. Common sense is enough!! I have only an IQ from 120… and still, I am intelligent enough because I use my common sense in every area of my life… And more is not necessary! What is common sense? There was a Catholic priest, and a farmer went nude swimming in a lake. After some time a group of girls was coming… What to do? The farmer and the priest went in a rush out of the lake and were running towards the house. The Priest covered his sexual organs with his hands, and the farmer said: Cover your face your prick nobody knows! There was a professor on a ship and was lecturing his knowledge. The ship crashed into a reef. The professor could not swim. A student asked the professor for what are your knowledge is good, if you can’t swim? It is not common sense to use our common sense. Here starts the problem. If we can solve a problem through thinking, then this is not an issue, and if we can’t address the problem through thinking for what is thinking. Relax.  - Tibetan proverb If we think that a healthy lifestyle is not necessary; if we trust our doctors and can’t see that they have rather no reason to make us healthy; if we still think to chose what is comfortable (TV, no workouts, to be lazy) instead to decided what is good (to do what will help us to become better, healthier, happier) then for sure our common sense had failed. Intelligence has something to do, that we act, or that we ask ourselves is what the politician, leaders are saying really true. Who will profit from it? Are my doubts correct? Would it better to give this a chance? Should I change my life, because of… If there is a politician or great leader speaking, the common sense is switched off. Intelligent thinking has to do that we are FREE and FEARLESS think!!! Because: Fear is an evil adviser. And through our Fear, we switch off our thoughts and common sense!!!! The other attribute of intelligence/common sense is to be honest. If we can’t be honest, we can’t be intelligent. A person who can think in every direction with honesty regardless how dangerous might be his ideas (for the conservative people, or stupid mass) has more common sense and far more intelligence than a genius. There was a well in a desert, that was poison. One guy recognized that and warned the people… Don’t drink the water otherwise you get stupid!!! In the end, everybody drank that poison water became stupid (like the today mass). The guy who had warned the people had the choice to get executed or to drink that poison water (like Jesus, Mohamed, Cassandra …). • Why we don’t get what we want?
My video: Why we don’t get what we want? https://youtu.be/FvhH_gciR4I My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. Or life should be a drama? When we want it, we don’t get it and when we don’t want it anymore or when we have lost all of our hope we finally get it… Sounds stupid and even it is contradicting the philosophy of the marketing and sales people… Still, it is true and will be true also for the next generations of human and aliens in this galaxy… Why is it true? Our problem is our subconscious, and that is our biggest problem. Because we don’t know how our subconsciousness is programmed and we nearly decide everything with our subconsciousness. If for instance, we had been poor, our subconsciousness will keep us in this condition, because it is used to it. And there are so many traumas and negative feelings related to our poorness, that they will come up and torture us when we like to do everything to become rich… This means our subconsciousness is sabotaging us and that is the problem… What we have inside will also manifest outside in our environment. That means if we have resistance in us to get rich, we attract the wrong outcome to get what we want. There exist no fast get rich scheme… and we depend on so many people, things that are not under our control… How can we get rich, if we can’t control our environment and even attract the wrong circumstances to get what we want? Simple we give up our identification to get rich and only then we can attract what we want. And when we have given up or don’t want to be rich anymore, finally our identification is gone. If you read bios from successful people, it was for everybody the same, they have given up, miracaly the circumstances changed and … For instance A. Robbins Life should be a drama!!! • Life is not about our victories
it is about our participation! My video: Life is not about our victories  https://youtu.be/-sMOPIZjr3QMy Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end.  Life is not about that we have lost or won, that we still in the game and don’t give up. That we celebrate our time, be it our leisure time, be it every step forward, be it our losses… be it that we are still alive. In the Mahabharata was Bhishma a King son and when his father like to marry a fishermen girl again, he faced not to be the next king and even had to pledge not to marry,- to live in celibacy… So that the son of the new King’s wife will become the next king. Bhishma agreed! Was he the loser? Never, he lived an extraordinary life, as one of the best warriors, no man could combat (only a woman) him, had also to reign for some time the Kingdom. He agreed to everything, every injustice what life delivered to him. For sure he enjoined his entire lives and even his death on the battlefield! Not everybody can win the world mastership, for what? Is it not enough that we really try our best and to surrender? We should surrender our outcome (fruits) of our actions to God. How can we lose or win, when everything is in God's hands? In the world masterships, we can always watch, that the winners had been in the flow. This means they had been relaxed, doing their best at that very moment without concentrating on the outcome. Because if we focus on the result, instead of what we are doing right now, we lose our momentum.  For instance, we drive a racing car, if we focus on winning the race, instead to be concentrated on the driving and to do our best, we might make an accident!!! Also, we lose our momentum because we put us under tension when we are focused on the outcome, instead of our doing. Or try to persuade to sell something to your customer, when your focus is on the outcome, instead to serve, to have fun and to entertain your client. Nobody likes to be forced to buy something! Do you like to see a boring movie or a movie full of passion and excitements?  Are these passions and challenges even in our hardest time in life, not something that is worth to live? We are demanding something in return back for our suffering, instead to be grateful, that we could have such an exciting life. If we think that we deserve something for our suffering, we are getting frustrated. If we say No to our challenges in life, we die internally!  For me is the best choice to say Yes to every situation, even I can’t do so, maybe I can learn this!   https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/Life+is+not+about+our+victories.mp3

  • Never become half-hearted!
My Video: Never become half-hearted https://youtu.be/l1X12P--ycA My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. If we fall apart, then we starting to compromise ourselves and so our work, our being…This is what hurts more than anything else, we can’t anymore believe in ourselves, in our message, in our mission…. And still, it is so common to be half hearted and to break our promise. As a result, we can see the people lose their dignity and taking drugs, because of that. For instance: the politicians…  The great Psychologist Gerda Boyesen said: if we keep our promise regardless what, we have done very much for ourselves! A reporter is visiting a mad house… In one room is the previous mayor of the city… Total nude, except he is wearing a hut… The reporter is asking, Why you are nude? The principal replied: Because I am a free man and I am free of ego. The reporter asked: Why you are wearing a hut? The major replied: Because I am the major! And this exactly we are doing too, when we have still an option to escape, in the case we are wrong. It is better to fail full, to lose our face, then to have this additional option. No great man, for instance, all religions founder or significant Saints, like Jesus, Mohamed, Krishna, Buddha, Lao Tzu,… Had compromised them self…. The great stock market legend Jesse Livermore said it simple: Better I fail on my term, then to follow other people tips, because I can’t learn from that! In the end, we have to learn from try and error and so we have to fail to win. We can become only an expert in any area when we have made all the mistakes…. There is no shortcut. Thomas Edison had needed over 8000 experiments to design the Electric bulb. And then his lamp was burning in the mid of the night, he went excitedly in the room of his wife and exclaimed: It is burning!!! His wife angry shouted: Make the light out, I want to sleep! Life is life. https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/Never+become+half-hearted!.mp3

  • Is it possible to be perfect parents…?
My Video: Is it possible to be perfect as parents…? https://youtu.be/aA_f4qu867U My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. After a research in Germany, 95% of the mothers think that they are perfect… What for a nonsense!!!!! We don’t need to be perfect as parents, we need only be loving and forgiving. We know that we don’t have the children under our control and so not their education. Still, we can give them our love, compassion and forgiving…. If we have a seed of a tree and if we put it in the right soil and give it water, the tree will grow. We don’t have the tree under our control, that we really can determine how the tree will grow with all the branches, trunk and the leaves and this is beautiful. We only need to give the seed the right soil, enough water, and fertilizer.  There are so many ego trips from the parents to model their child in a particular direction instead to let the child grow individual and to give the support that the child needs to become the best for itself. What I mean, my parents want for instance, that I become a businessman and not an engineer or Meditation Master…. The next mistake is that the parents want to be the best parents. How can we become the best parents? What are the best parents? For whom they are the best parents? It is the best that we get rid of all these high moralities/principles like never to beat our child…to be always ready to serve your child…. Instead to forgive ourselves that we are not perfect… Through their high moralities the parents forget their own feelings, and after some time the negative feelings had accumulated; they are getting very angry with their child, they become impatience and punish the child like crazy for everything…. Everybody had seen this scenery already. The solution is simple, if the parents are not enjoying their life, then the child has to suffer. Think over and be honest, can you love, when you are under stress, anxious, unhappy or depressed? Isn’t it better not to be the perfect parents, but to be happy parents? What I have seen, the beating of a child isn’t the problem (I know, you will protest) but a lack of love and forgiveness are the problems for every child. I have seen it again and again in India, the children were beaten, but with this great love of their parents, they didn’t care. Mata Amritananda Mai said,  if I hand out a good thrashing including an abuse an Indian, he will come back smiling after a half hour; if I give a European or American an angry look, he will be depressed for the next three weeks…. And this is so true… Convinced?  Children need love very much, and this is very important and not no violence… or other great moralities. The greatest thing is love, and this is more excellent than to keep the Ten Commandments (Bible, letter Romans). All we need is love, love, love  (Beatles) My Audio: https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/Is+it+possible+to+be+perfect+parents.mp3

  • What is the difference between Christian and Muslim marriage?
My Video: What is the difference between Christian and Muslim marriage?  https://youtu.be/_s1pPbujH9Q My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. In the Western society, the wife is the mighty one. I proved that in my previous blog: Marriage, - men in slavery. For instance, the wives in the USA are making 86% of every purchase decision in the wedding. And if a husband like to undergo sterilization, he needs the approval of his wife. This means the wife can decide how many kids she wants. If the wife is making adultery, the husband can only divorce. Still, he has to pay for the kids and her. The judge doesn’t care who has cheated, done adultery; the judge makes only sure that the man is paying! In any case, the man married or unmarried has to pay for the kids he has procreated and the kids going to the woman. In the Muslim marriage, the husband is responsible for his wives (4 women are possible) and has to give the supply to her. The wife can only have one husband. The females are forbidden in the Mosque, and they must be veiled in public. The divorce is possible for both. After the divorce, the kids are going to the husband. When the husband or wife have made adultery (Zina), both can forgive each other or can divorce. After the Quran, the wife/husband needs 4 male witnesses who have seen the penetration to prove the adultery or the person confess 4 times the adultery! Is it possible to do adultery without 4 male witnesses have seen it or to confess? After Maliki legal school: the single woman pregnancy is proof of adultery. This can mean, if an unmarried woman got raped and can’t prove that she got raped, then she has done adultery! Possible punishment for adultery (Zina) is stoning. Read the last 3 paragraphs. What is about prostitution? The husband marries the prostitution, penetrate her and afterward divorces her. This is the standard practice in Saudi Arabia. The Quran allows it to get married 3 times with the same spouse. The Muslim husband is the mighty one. Because if the wife is not good enough for him, he can divorce and his wife is also losing her kids and doesn’t get any support. Or he can take up to 3 more women if he has enough money. For instance, The Sultan of Turkey had 5000 wives, and many Sheiks have 10 or more wives! After the hadith for Zina: The proof for this is that the Prophet did not seek out the married woman whom Mâ`iz committed fornication with. He did not inquire after her husband and command him to divorce her. All he said was: “O Unays, go to that man’s wife, and if she confesses, then have her stoned.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî (6633) and Sahîh Muslim (1698)] Adultery has no legal effect in such matters because what is unlawful in Islam is regarded as nonexistent for such purposes. The evidence for this is that the Prophet said: “The child belongs to the (marriage) bed, and the adulterer is stoned.” [Sahîh al-Bukhârî (2053) and Sahîh Muslim (1457)] Stoning for adultery is not mentioned in the Quran. • Is there more?
My Video: Is there more?  https://youtu.be/LOFOtRwuxOE My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. If we see for instance the old people, mainly frustrated, depressed, even they have tried their best to get their goals, desires fulfilled. There was this research from old people what they regret most? Answer what they didn’t have done. If we grow older, we had many desires which we could not live … and then we get inside, even we don’t recognize it, slowly more and more depressed. If we would had felt all of our frustration, then we would not be depressed for that.  Now I want to go one step farther. If the world would be perfect and we could accomplish everything…. Do you think that this will give us all? Or would it make us total happy? Or would it make ourselves more dependence on material, worldly things? Can we buy Happiness or Love? Is it possible that there is true happiness/love beyond of our desires/ worldly things? Goethe said: Happiness that accompany our whole life and that doesn’t matter on worldly things/desires is the true or inner happiness! The same is true also for love… true love doesn’t depend on our desires that we get fulfilled, it is just there without reason. So more we accomplish so more we want!! Or we don’t care anymore!! My guru Osho/Bhagwan said if we don’t achieve something meaningful on the inner/spiritual/religious path, then we become more and more depressed/frustrated when we grow older. Because we have missed our chance to connect with the divine… This doesn’t mean that we do not live our desires!!! We should live our desires consciously and find out through that: This is not all (Sanskrit: Neti Neti). There must be something bigger … And this I call here the Divine!!! If God would have created a perfect world, who would think any more of God. Our world is not perfect for the worldly thinking people, and so we have to suffer for everything we accomplish or even we could not accomplish. The happiest people in the world had been the people, who had been connected to the divine…. Because they have learned to connect with the divine… And this everybody can learn!!! We don’t need to live in celibacy, rather more we chose for ourselves the right spiritual methods that make us happy…. It can start with Trance dancing or a great Dikir Night (Sufi), or with going to a high spiritual loaded place in India, Nepal, Tibet, Turkey (Konya)… and to meditate there, or going to a saint… My Audio: https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/Is+there+More.mp3

  • How to develop intuition?
My video: How to develop intuition?  https://youtu.be/pK64MErikD0 My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. Bob Proctor said I have developed a good intuition after I decide… And so everybody can or better should do. I like to explain here, how to decide with our intuition through the pendulum method, intuitive using a book, Tarot, I-Ging, throwing a coin, and how to connect with our intuition through the Magic Mirror method.  Throw a coin and ask God/Allah/ yourself/ inner child what you should do Ask the I-Ging … Ask a tarot card… Ask a book, like the Bible, and then open the book on a random page. Swing a pendulum. The pendulum can swing: up and down, left to right; circle left turn, and circle right turn. We define the different movements for these decisions:      a. I don't want to decide now.      b. Yes.      c. No.      d. I don't know.  In a calm place. This means we ask the pendulum: What is for instance: “yes” and then we see in which direction is the pendulum swinging… this we make with all the other different decisions (a, b, c, d). Have we found the movements for all decisions, then we can start to ask our question! The Magic Mirror: We calm down, get in a relaxed meditative space. We imagine that we are traveling faster like the light to a different planet. From this planet, we can see a half year or one year in advance what happened to us in the future. Then we look in a mirror and ask yourself on the other planet in this mirror: What we should do,… what is the best? We wait calm and relaxed for the answer inside of us. We let the answer come without judging and interfering. My Audio: https://s3-ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com/rudizimmerer/1/How+to+develop+intuition..mp3

  • Is there Justice?
My video: Is there Justice? https://youtu.be/NkjweEqLLTo My Audio on Podcast: RELAX WITH MEDITATION or see link in the end. Does it exist? Does it us hinder to enjoy our life? For whom is that right? What for somebody is right is for someone else wrong... Still there exist rules and laws that determine what is right and wrong and the laws and rules can be quite controversial. In the book “The Prophet” by Khalil Gibran, there are remarkable quotes: You delight in laying down laws, Yet you delight more in breaking them. That fits everybody, we like to have order, and we love to break the order! Next quote: But to whom life is a rock, and the law a chisel with which they would carve it in their own likeness? What of the cripple who hates dancers? If we understand this quote, then we don’t wonder why the older generation is against sex and for wars. A quote from my father (Prof. Dr. C. Zimmerer) The wars is made from the generals and won from the sergeants… The older generation is full of suppressed negative emotions and making the wars and the youngsters get sacrificed! If we see who had made the laws, then we are one step further. Nevertheless, what is right or wrong defines the judge, and they have the power to DETERMINE WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG. And the verdicts are mostly in the time hard to understand. Shakespear said: Might is right! If we apply the quote from Shakespeare in our lives and in the world… Life is much easier! For instance: If we look at families, the parents are mostly right and the children mostly wrong. The same is true for our chief, he is always right. Still, I fight for justice because I don’t like to give other people the power over me or to get victimized. If I don’t win: You can be right or happy. Then I decide to be happy. We have in any case to deal with injustice, or there is no life without injustice. First, we have to see both sides and for what is right for both sides. Afterward, we can deal easier with the situation. If there is still injustice for us, that we can’t solve. - I decide, if I see a chance to win and if it is worth I go for it. Otherwise, I let it go. Get rid of my negative sentiments and go on in my life. So faster we get over our injustice, so faster we can enjoy our life.
