Do you ever notice yourself fantasizing about living a different life than you’re living now? How did your life unfold to be the life that you are living now?

You should get to know Aileen Xu! If you resonate with her the way I resonate with her, you will have hours of advice, entertainment, and inspiration available for you to consume immediately! She is the creator of a lifestyle brand called Lavendaire. She produces a Youtube channel and a podcast, among other things. She’s a believer and promoter that you can create your dream life.
What I love about her is that she is so sweet. Her voice is soft but she speaks with conviction and with belief and in a very confident way so I basically believe everything she says. She’s also so smart, which is another reason why I believe everything she says. Read More at http://bexb.org/aileen

Do you follow any rituals? My beloved morning ritual has helped me create the life I want for myself and it has helped me learn so much. This episode is about what I do, to hopefully give you some ideas of what you could do.. Or at least to spark your imagination to come up with your own beloved ritual!
My intention in sharing this with you is so you can get an idea of how you can tap into your intuition by slowing down, taking time and listening to yourself, paying attention, noticing. It’s having a way to compare your thoughts from before with your thoughts now. Read More at http://bexb.org/ritual
What you habitually say to yourself is a clue to what you habitually think.
So, for example, if you notice yourself saying “that was dumb!” about yourself or if you confess “I’m bad with names” when you forget someone’s name, maybe you’re subconsciously re-affirming to yourself that you think you are dumb or forgetful.
Have you read the quote that suggests if you wouldn’t talk to a friend that way, why would you talk to yourself that way? It makes a good point.. Why would you?
I have decided to be very mindful and selective about what I say to myself, so I’ve collected a few mantras that I’ve created as habits. Read More at http://bexb.org/mantras
Today I introduce you to another one of my FAVORITE teachers -Jess Lively. Jess is the creator of The Lively Show podcast and she has a library of online courses.
Listening to Jess’s podcast has taught me so much. She has shown me that it is possible for a woman to live her life and run her business on her terms in a very non-traditional way.. Without caring about what “should be done.” Read More at http://bexb.org/jess/
Think about, in the past few days or week, what was the last best thing you did? Can you think of something?
Got it? Ok. Today, I want to tell you about a variation of self-coaching I like to do to notice the thoughts that produce great results in my life. I call it the Last Best Thing Model.
The last best thing model reminds me of my “default” thoughts that give me the results that I really do want.
It shows me the thoughts I naturally think that produce the best things in my life for me, naturally! And since these thoughts already work for me, without any effort or intention on my part, I want to notice them, pay attention to them and replicate them in other areas too.

Do you ever start thinking about what you “have to do” and think the thought- "I don’t have enough time."
Or, you daydream about something that would be so amazing, like a vacation, or a renovation, or quitting your job to volunteer full time, or whatever- but catch yourself thinking - “I don’t have enough money for that.” Or, maybe you get excited about a new idea or passion-but then you don’t take the first step to pursue it because you know it will take a lot of energy. Does that sound familiar?
Believing that I didn’t have enough time, money or energy is exactly how I have been thinking for decades - but now I’m on the tail end of that belief system and it feels so good! It is so freeing! I have my whole life ahead of me with all the time, money and energy that I need!
I figured out how I can always feel like I have plenty of time, plenty of money and plenty of energy.

I love the model because it’s easy to remember and it gives a starting place to organizing what’s going on in my brain- and you know.. I love organizing things! The model has given me so much awareness, and therefore power, over my own brain. Having a memorable structure makes it easy to use, share and talk about.
Whenever I get coaching, the conversation is centered around the model – but it really just feels like a normal conversation with talking and questions and answers and going back to what we said a minute ago, and refining what I meant.
And, whenever I coach someone using the model I love having an easy to remember “agenda” and road map for what I want to ask, dig deeper on, point out, and review. It is so simple, but it is so amazing.
So, what is this model I’m gushing about? Read more at http://bexb.org/model
This episode is about one of the most important people who has changed my life in the most profound way. And, I got this idea of focusing on one teacher during an episode from her!
One of my favorite teachers is Brooke Castillo. She’s a Life Coach who is on her way to making $100 million dollars and who is changing the life coaching industry and landscape for everyone! Her mission is to be an example of what is possible.
