What is it this Impostor Syndrome anyway?
Perfectionists have extremely high expectations for themselves, and even if they meet most of their goals, they don't feel satisfied. Any small doubt will make them question their own competence.
Do you have a nagging feeling of not being good enough or scared to be found out that you're a fraud?
Do you know that this feeling has its own name? Oh yes! It's called Impostor Syndrome and it affects from time to time over 70% of us!
Truth to be told, it is way much more common. So what shall you do when you feel like an impostor? First of all, Breathe! It's going to be OK. Secondly, don't make that fear stop you. Go on, speak up at the meeting and don't be scared to look like a fool.
