American has an unhealthy obsession with the past. We think we're unique in our evils, but if you look back far enough every group is responsible for some atrocity. Besides, you can't fix the past. You can, however, fix the present. For example: Costco. The behavior people exhibit in that place is definitely something we don't want future generations to talk about. It's time for a change, and change starts with cart etiquette.
