Kody’s “apology tour” turns into buzzword soup, ATV chaos, and peak victim energy—while the ex-wives are out here GLOWING. Janelle gets her spiritual release, and Meri + Ron serve awkward-cute rom-com flirting that had us yelling at the TV.
Full description
Channel Surfers 🏄♀️🏄♂️ It’s the first Monday of 2026 and we are running on fumes… so naturally we’re diving straight into Sister Wives Season 20, Episode 15: “No Brain, No Pain.”
Kody and Robyn take their circus to the ATVs and somehow manage to turn a fun outing into a full-on therapy buzzword audition—“safe,” “healing,” “accountability,” “loyalty,” blah blah blah—while Kody insists he’s the only person who has ever been hurt in his entire life. Then comes the ATV wipeout, the “whiskey throttle” confusion, and Kody popping up like nothing happened… because you know: no brain, no pain.
Meanwhile, the real emotional payoff is with the women who are actually moving forward. Janelle gets her spiritual release and you can see the weight lift off her shoulders—she’s FREE. And in Parowan, Meri + Ron bring the most awkward-cute, giggly, almost-romantic energy we’ve seen from her in YEARS (deodorant on the shirt, bike rides, and yes… the bus moment 😳).
We wrap with Christine and Janelle’s “divorce party” vibes, questionable tattoos, and the reminder that the ex-wives are thriving… while Kody and Robyn are still auditioning for Most Scripted Conversation of the Year.

In this episode, Lauren breaks down why Kody’s repeated “I apologize” feels manipulative, why Meri’s facial expressions say more than words ever could, and how this apology was really about controlling the narrative and silencing criticism — not accountability.
We also follow Janelle Brown as she returns to Utah seeking a spiritual release, because the alternative is an eternity with Kody — and we get some of the most healing moments yet with Christine Brown and David Woolley, as Christine opens up about “basement wife” trauma and what real partnership actually looks like.
From forced smiles and weaponized apologies to dodging conversations about his kids, this episode is a masterclass in deflection — and Meri finally sees it for exactly what it is.

“Benevolence, bitch.” That one line perfectly sums up Sister Wives Season 20 Episode 13, and Lauren and Dee are breaking down every awkward apology, ego-driven monologue, and Vegas word salad from Kody Brown.
In this episode of Remote Reality, we cover:
Meri and Janelle’s growing alliance and Janelle considering a spiritual divorce (because eternity with Kody? Absolutely not)
Kody’s ongoing attempt to control the narrative — and pit the ex-wives against each other
Robyn’s absence from the apology tour and why she’s worried she won’t be there to “interpret” Kody’s words
Aurora’s relationship, independence, finances, and the infamous pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
The Vegas sit-down with Christine, David, and Kody, including David’s mic-drop moment: “Start with your kids.”
Why Kody’s apologies feel scripted, contradictory, and more about PR than healing
The racetrack scene that perfectly mirrors Kody’s reckless approach to relationships
Meri’s friends saying what we’re all thinking: WHY are you meeting with him?!
If you’re watching Sister Wives and yelling at your TV, you are among your people.

90 Day The Other Way | Season 7 Episode 14 — “Gutted!”
This episode of Remote Reality has EVERYTHING: emotional carnage, sex dungeons, manipulative debit-card flashing, and a tennis match that turned into a boundary-setting showdown. Lauren (your attorney friend who overanalyzes absolutely everything) and Dee (your chaotic voice of reason) break down every messy moment from 90 Day The Other Way S7E14.
This week, we dive into:
• Greta absolutely gutting Matthew — and whether they were already broken up before filming
• Chloe’s immigration reality check — the visitor visa twist none of us saw coming
• Manon & Anthony — the debit-card lie, the manipulation, AND the shockingly sexy uniform/pole performance
• The French “love room” investigation — neon cherries, mirrors, no windows, stripper pole… and 9.5/10 reviews?!
• Pattiya vs. Jo — tennis, boundaries, edits, debt talk, and the car fight that left us sweating
• Dylan stepping into his life-coach era
• The bigger theme of the season: control, compatibility, and trying to merge two messy lives into one
If you love relationship chaos, reality TV overanalysis, and two women fueled by caffeine, trauma, and questionable choices, you're in the right place.

In Sister Wives Season 20 Episode 11 (“We Used to Be Lovers”), Meri, Amber, and Jen try a Vegas Atomic Golf dating event — and it goes exactly how you think: awkward conversations, zero matches, and lots of clown jokes and eggplant references. Meanwhile, Lauren shares a personal update about her 4-year-old son’s new Type 1 diabetes diagnosis and the chaos at the ER.
Back in Flagstaff, Kody calls Janelle to apologize, but the entire conversation is stiff, strange, and borderline uncomfortable. From “Are you feeling healthy?” to revisiting early jealousy, Kody’s attempt at accountability raises more questions than answers.
Christine and David offer a calmer moment as they play pickleball and discuss whether Christine should accept Kody’s olive branch for the sake of the kids. Robyn has an unexpected reaction when producers ask how she’d feel if any wife came back — and it looks a lot more like panic than hope.
If you love Sister Wives deep dives, body-language reading, and relationship analysis, this episode has it all.

✔️ Listener Discretion Advisory (Explicit Language)
Attorney Lauren Clark and her paralegal Dee break down the Netflix true-crime documentary The Carman Family Deaths, including the deaths of real estate millionaire John Chakalos and his daughter Linda Carman, and ask the central question: Did Nathan Carman kill his family — or was he wrongfully blamed?
This episode dives into the evidence, the inheritance disputes, the slayer statute actions, the sinking boat, and how neurodivergent behavior — especially “flat affect” — can be misinterpreted in high-pressure interrogations. Lauren brings legal analysis, real-world experience with neurodivergent clients, and insight into how police and juries interpret behavior. Dee brings the skeptical viewer perspective, humor, and the questions everyone wishes Netflix had answered.
