The province will move to level 1 of the winter plan next Friday, February the 18th. Premier Blaine Higgs made that announcement this afternoon. He also said that the province hopes to be able to drop all remaining Covid restrictions by the end of winter. Premier Higgs joins us to walk us through the decision, and what changes next week.
