We are not so far removed from n the United States, when it comes to the right to choose and Canada’s own history related to abortion access.  Who decides what women get to do with their bodies? The state or the women? In this episode, Amie & Sara discussion abortion rights with ADRIANNE M. BEHNING, a nurse who previously worked at an abortion clinic and the host of Nursing Uncensored Podcast.  With the ongoing pull back on services, health disparities in maternal outcomes, and the fact that some Canadian hospitals do not offer abortion services, we need to pay attention to whats happening around us— it never just happens to “them”.
