Things to Remember to help preserve your peace and live intentionally:
1) Be mindful of who and what you give your attention to. Your words and thoughts are powerful. Give them out with clear thought and intention.
2) Along that line, not everything requires a response. Stillness and Silence are a valuable thing.
3) Find resources that can be there to encourage or focus you on the journey.
4) Take time during resets and reflections to heal your insecurities. Don't project your fears onto other people. There is room for everyone. We should look at celebrating others vs. tearing people down.
