Dr. Staten C Medsker, Jr., has been a Chiropractic Physician for 30 years. He graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in San Francisco with his Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) degree. He added two years of postgraduate studies in the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) program in Seattle, WA where he became a massage therapist as well. His specialty as a personal trainer is in Certified Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) and Reebok’s Reactive Neuromuscular Training (RNT). He is an Instructor of Hatha Yoga and recently certified as Lead Flexologist for StretchLAB.

Dr. Medsker has had the honor and privilege of providing services to more than 600 celebrities and musicians from members of the following groups: Seattle Seahawks & Super Sonics, Tennessee Titans, Washington Redskins, Baltimore Orioles, Ringling Bros Circus, 4 American Idols, Def Leppard, Heart, Tool, The Grateful Dead, Ratt, Iron Maiden, Ted Nugent, Weird Al Yankovic, Scorpions, Tesla, Queensryche, Big & Rich, Candlebox, Ronnie James Dio, POD, Great White, Dream Theater, Foreigner, Night Ranger, Journey, A. Pink Floyd, Santana, Pink, Stryper, Korn as well as Mike O’hearn (Mr Universe), “Billy the Exterminator” & Dr. Laura Schlessinger just to name a few. He has also served as the team Chiropractor for Pro Soccer (Utah Real) and (Utah Blitzz) Arena Football for 4 years, for the Emerald Cup Pro Body Building competitions and has appeared on numerous television commercials and radio talk shows. Dr. Medsker hosted the TV show “ClubTV after Saturday Night Live,” “The Rockndoc Show” on Renegade Radio, owns Rockndoc Recording Studio, and is ranked the #1 Christian Rock artist in Seattle for 9 years! He performed during the 2002 Winter Olympics and has just released his 2nd CD featuring cameos from 25 famous musicians from Foreigner, Heart, & Stryper, etc. As an author, Dr. Medsker just released his first book “How to Adjust Yourself and Avoid Seeing a Chiropractor”. He volunteers for his church and the homeless on a regular basis and has been honored with a proclamation from the mayor of the City of Bellevue, WA, for his commitment to health with the youth in this city. His current band is “ROCKNDOC & BACK BONES” and has served on the Board of Directors and sang bass for the Seattle Ensign Symphony and Chorus. He is the Emcee for many events including the LLS Columbia Tower Firefighters Stair Climb.

Dr. Medsker lives in Bellevue with his wife Courtney and their energetic 7 year old daughter Presley. This year he wrote a new movie sequel "The Return of the Ten Commandments" and is currently launching on January 3, 2024 his new exercise regimen the "Posture ReSET Program" that corrects Computer Neck, Flat Butt and Short Leg Syndromes, complete with it's own product line called the ROCKnBOX!
