Lately I've been talking a lot about the importance of resting, but at what point does "resting" turn into procrastinating. In today's episode we discuss the line between relaxing and avoiding. I don't think we procrastinate on our goals because we're lazy I think it's because we're avoiding a particular feeling; whether it's: fear of failure, fear or rejection, perfectionism, etc. Getting to the root of why you don't want to do something can help you identify whether you're actually procrastinating or genuinely tired and in need of rest.
