The New Brunswick Adoption Foundation announced the recipient this week of the Erminie Cohen Compassion Award - Dr. Elaine Deschenes. She founded the Southeast Social Pediatric Centre in Memramcook - which assists children and families in vulnerable situations using a collaborative care model.
