Paige Tan is a qualified life coach and meditation teacher who lives, works and plays on the land of the Boonwurrung people (Melbourne, Australia). She is on a mission to empower and inspire educators to live a more mindful and purposeful life, in and amongst this busy world that we live in.
Having spent 8 years in the education industry and experiencing first-hand the effects of burnout, she now teaches and supports teachers and educators to discover and unlock their strengths to connect with who they truly are and to show up as their best selves. Paige also uses meditation as a practical tool to reduce stress and overwhelm, and to connect with who they truly are and what they truly want.
Whether it’s through her 1-1 or group coaching programs, workshops, or meditation classes, Paige always weaves in the power of mindfulness and a strengths-focused approach in order to help others unlock their strengths and to use them practically in their lives, both personally and professionally. She firmly believes that every individual in this world has the potential to truly live out a life of purpose when they allow themselves to live in The Eudaimonia Way.”
