Here's the thing, a good night's sleep isn't impacted by what we do before bed, it is impacted by our whole day. Sure, some breathwork, lighting a candle, a cup of tea, and getting off social media all help, but what about how much water you drink during the day, the energy in your body that needs to be released, or the conversation you have? All of these things too impact how we sleep. In fact, getting ready for bed starts as soon as you wake.
As always, I would love to hear your thoughts.

I have never actually shared my journey around chronic stress. This is the first time I have openly and honestly acknowledged what was going on for me during this period and also now as I unpack this chapter in my life.
In this episode, Amy shares her own experience with workplace stress, the accumulation of events that led her here, her biggest learnings, and what this means for her now. It is a raw, powerful story that she hopes many of you find useful.

It's pretty clear the wellness/well-being space is overcrowded and that there are far too many Self-care Sunday checklists and Wellbeing Wednesday quotes clogging up our news feeds. Working on your wellness and well-being is so much more than that.
Take a listen to our first episode to find out why Amy is bringing a change to this space and what it means for you.
