SN 12.26

Delson Armstrong takes us through developing lovingkindness to persons and directions and then takes us on a tour of the 5 aggregates of existence with the hope of seeing them as non-self and empty.

This is the 2nd version of this meditation he has guided.

Delson looks at Sutta "Avija" AN 10.61 and finds the origin of the hindrances that we encounter in our meditation.

He then studies MN 31 and finds that the highest state beyond Niether perception is Cessation of perception and Feeling.  Letting go of everything.
