As cottages and homes are damaged or even destroyed in the flood, personal property has started showing up on the shore. To help return some of these items to their rightful owners, some residents have organized groups for cleanups and item exchanges. Joseph Tattersall is the organizer of two of these groups, the St. John Watershed Clean up Lend a Hand and the St. John Watershed Flood Exchange.
