Just as Cordelia begins to believe she's finally found a genuine connection in Los Angeles, a seemingly perfect date leaves her facing a terrifying and impossible pregnancy. With Cordelia's life hanging in the balance, Angel and Wesley must unravel an unsettling mystery before the nightmare reaches its devastating conclusion.

Hear our conversation on Cordelia yet again becoming this week's target as helpless, and how the writers definitely could have gone with a different storyline. Ponder this preposterous pregnancy with us and just how fortunate Cordelia is to have both Angel and Wesley in her greatest time of need. We have an honest conversation about women's autonomy and agency, how completely they're stripped away from Cordelia and the other women, and why these men are so deeply disturbing for reducing a woman's body to nothing more than a vessel for their own ambitions. We also can't resist poking fun at this week's laughably ridiculous demon while highlighting the comedic relief Wesley continues to deliver and how he's quickly becoming a great asset to the team in our eyes. For such a controversial episode, we made the best of it, no matter how cringe the storytelling is.

Let us know what you all thought of this one. Did you feel as awful for these women as we did? Were you just as disturbed by the complete loss of bodily autonomy and consent? To our female listeners, how do you think you'd react if you found yourself in a situation like this?

And what did you think of Team Angel showing up for Cordelia? After everything she's been through, it really feels like she's beginning to realize she has people who genuinely care about her and will always have her back. As Buffy becomes increasingly wrapped up in Riley, Professor Walsh, and the Initiative, Giles begins feeling left out of the loop. But after an evening with Ethan Rayne takes an unexpected turn, he wakes up transformed into a Fyarl demon and discovers what life in Sunnydale looks like from the other side of the hunt.

Our episode this week is a tribute to the brilliantly talented Anthony Stewart Head, and what better way to celebrate his legacy than with Buffy's definitive Giles centered episode?

Join us alongside our guest, Oliver aka ”Ollie," the creative mind behind OH.BUFFY Crafts on Instagram, as we discuss the lasting impact Tony's performance as Giles had on us, why this hilarious episode honors him so perfectly, and all the laughs we shared during recording.

Hear Courtney's thoughts on Fyarl Demon Giles, her reaction to Ethan Rayne's unexpected final return to Buffy, Ollie's thoughts on Riley's mindset around Buffy being the Slayer, and our first theories about what the Initiative could be doing behind the scenes.

What did you think of Ethan Rayne's return and final attempt to make Giles' life absolutely miserable? Did this episode make you laugh as much as it made us laugh? And what are your thoughts on all the growing mysteries surrounding the Initiative, Maggie Walsh, and whatever is going on with 314? A series of ritualistic murders dredges up painful memories from Angel's past, leading him to fear he may somehow be connected to the killings. As Kate pursues a relentless serial killer and uncovers unsettling truths, Angel is forced to confront the lasting consequences of the monster he once was and the legacy he left behind.

This week, Angel's past comes back to bite him... again. Join us as Kate finally learns the truth about Angel and the world of vampires, and hear Courtney's thoughts on how she handled the reveal. We also find ourselves surprisingly taking Kate's side as she struggles to make sense of everything she's discovered. Along the way, we throw plenty of shade at Penn right alongside Angel, unpack what his return reveals about Angelus, and talk about why this is yet another painful reminder of Angel's past and the guilt he still carries.

What did you think of Kate finally learning that the supernatural world exists and that Angel is a vampire? Do you understand her decision to back away from him, or do you think she’s being unfair? What do you think this episode reveals about Angel himself? Is he afraid of becoming Angelus again, or is he afraid that no matter how much good he does, he’ll never be able to outrun the damage he caused in the past? Let us know! Just as Buffy and Riley begin figuring out what their relationship looks like without secrets between them, an earthquake suggests that Sunnydale's Hellmouth may not be finished causing trouble. As a demon gathers the ingredients needed to reopen it and unleash an apocalypse, the Scoobies find themselves back where it all began, confronting old fears, old wounds, and the possibility that the future doesn't have to repeat the past.

IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD. Yes. AGAIN.

Come along with us for our discussion on just how convenient it suddenly is to open the Hellmouth this way, the return of that classic high school energy, and why everyone seems to be struggling with the same insecurities they thought they'd left behind. Hear our thoughts about Spike realizing he can hurt demons, Courtney's desire to explore the decaying ruins of Sunnydale High, and our honest thoughts on Riley's inability to take no for an answer.

Plus, we spend some time unpacking the growing tension between Buffy and Riley, looking at the situation from both perspectives and discussing why their relationship may be cracking under the weight of unspoken expectations.

What do you guys think of the return to the bando version of Sunny Dale high? Do you like the points made in this episode ackowledging our gangs past insecurities that seem to still linger? Are you team Riley for fighting for a chance to experience a relationship with buffy? What do you think of spike being able to harm demons? Still reeling from Doyle's sacrifice, Angel struggles to move forward when a frightened demon seeks his help while Cordelia discovers that Doyle left her with one final gift. As a dangerous predator hunts supernatural abilities across Los Angeles, Angel is reunited with an unexpected face from Sunnydale, forcing the team to confront grief, purpose, and what comes next for Angel Investigations.

This week we're joined by Stacey from Hyperion Horrors, making her Revamped debut and becoming our very first guest for Angel coverage!

And what an episode to join us for cause WESLEY IS IN THE HOUSE!!!

Hear our excitement over Wesley joining Angel Investigations, the love and hype Brandon and Stacey have for the character, and why Alexis Denisof is so outstanding in the role, while Courtney shares her thoughts on his return to the Buffyverse and the continuation of his character arc.

Join us as we explore the team's grief in the wake of Doyle's death, discuss Cordelia receiving the gift (or curse?) of his visions, enjoy Angel's signature snark, and talk about why Barney is such a damn good villain.

Did you all assume Cordelia got the visions during that kiss before you made it to this episode? Do you feel they brushed by everyone’s grief or did they give it what it deserved? Do you think this was the best direction for Cordelia's character? Did Doyle make the right call by passing the visions on to her? And what do you think about Wesley officially joining Angel Investigations? Let us know. We'd love to hear your thoughts.

A mysterious silence falls over Sunnydale, leaving the entire town unable to speak. As Buffy and the Scoobies investigate a series of gruesome murders connected to a group of eerie fairy tale creatures known as The Gentlemen, Buffy and Riley are forced to confront hidden parts of their lives neither has been ready to reveal. With the Gentlemen collecting hearts and the body count rising, the gang races to uncover how to stop creatures that can only be defeated by the very thing they've stolen.

This week, we're joined by new friend Kailah Peters (and her cat, Binx!) to discuss one of the most beloved episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Hear Courtney's reactions during her first-ever watch of "Hush" as we break down what makes this episode such a standout for both the fandom and ourselves, react to Buffy and Riley discovering each other's secrets, and laugh our way through all things Spike.

Kailah may have a slight crush on the Gentlemen, while the three of us spend plenty of time roasting their minions... lackeys... henchmen... adhd toddlers??? Along the way, we chat about the importance of communication in everyday life, why the Gentlemen are anything but gentle, and the revelation that Giles is apparently carrying around some travel-worthy Big D energy.

Is this one of your favorite Buffy episodes? How do you feel about the show stripping away dialogue and telling the story in such a unique way? What do you think of the Gentlemen? And what are your thoughts on Buffy and Riley finally coming face to face and seeing each other for who they really are? After Doyle receives a vision involving a group of hunted demon refugees, Angel Investigations gets pulled into a dangerous conflict with a ruthless enemy. As the team races to help the refugees escape, Doyle is forced to confront parts of himself and his past that he's spent years avoiding.

Two sad episodes in a row!? 😭

Join us this week as we discuss Doyle quite literally taking one for the team and why that sacrifice was such an important part of his arc. Hear Courtney’s thoughts on his death and departure from the series, along with our reflections on how having Doyle as part of the team helped shape both Cordelia and Angel along the way. We also talk about Doyle finally stepping into the hero he always had the potential to be, why his final act of redemption hits so hard, and the lasting legacy he leaves behind for Angel Investigations.

How did you feel about Doyle's exit from the series? Did his sacrifice work for you emotionally, or do you wish we would've gotten more time with the character before his story came to an end? Were you disappointed that Doyle and Cordelia never really got the chance to explore where their relationship might have gone, especially after finally getting some honesty between them in this episode? And what do you make of the Scourge and the episode's larger themes? Do you see the story as a metaphor for prejudice and racism, or is there another reading of the episode that stands out to you?

Heartbroken over Oz’s departure, Willow turns to magic to ease her pain, but her spell goes wrong, causing her words to reshape reality. As her grief spirals out of control, the gang is left dealing with increasingly strange and unpredictable consequences.

Living for this episode’s coverage! From laughing at Giles’ clever remarks while blind to Buffy & Spike’s duel dynamic as they constantly snark at each other, we had a lot of fun with this one. Courtney shares her love for the chaos and the pure shock factor of our newly engaged Slayer and vampire couple. Hear our thoughts on Willow’s magic once again going wrong and the impact it has on the gang, D’Hoffryn’s return, and how Anya’s place in the show is really starting to click.

Is this one a favorite of yours? Are you surprised another one of Willows spells has gone all wonky? Were you glad for it so we could get the hilarity that is this episode? What would you will so if you could cast this spell and have it work?

When a battle with a powerful demon restores Angel’s humanity, he’s given a chance to live a normal life and be with Buffy. But as the consequences of that choice become clear, Angel is forced to make an impossible decision that will change everything.

We've finally arrived at the most heartbreaking BANGEL episode in the Buffyverse.

Join our discussion and hear Courtney's reactions to Angel becoming human for a day, spending that day in bliss with Buffy, and finally getting a taste of the life they've both always wanted. Of course, it all goes to shit and our thoughts shift to the reasons why it can never be, how this adds yet another layer to Angel's endless suffering, and even theorize about what exactly the Oracles do in their downtime when people aren't showing up asking life-altering questions.

Listen to our thoughts on everything as we do our best to bring some fun to one of the most gut-wrenching episodes of Angel ever produced... one we unfortunately will never forget.. :’(

Does this one go down in Buffyverse history for you as a top episode!? How you do you feel over Buffy experiencing this but never being able to remember a moment of it.. and Angel having to remember every single drop of this day. Do you agree with Angels decision?

When a construction site uncovers an old Sunnydale mission, the spirit of a wronged Chumash warrior is unleashed, targeting those connected to the town’s past. As Buffy and the gang struggle to stop the attacks, tensions rise over how to handle the situation, and an unexpected visit from Angel adds another layer to an already tense Thanksgiving.

Join us for Thanksgiving in June with this mostly hilarious take on the holiday as we discuss the trivial aspects of cultural misrepresentation and why this episode hasn't aged particularly well over the years. We live for Spike's new dynamic on the series and weigh in on Angel's return to Sunnydale, along with his decision to keep the visit from Buffy. Hear us talk food, Anya's thirst for Angel, and just how gross Xander looks in this one..post dig site.

What do you guys think of Angel returning for this episode? Are you pro thanksgiving or not? What are your fav thanksgiving food staples, what needs to be on your table!? Would you show up to watch Xander dig?
