As humans, we often find ourselves becoming overwhelmed with stress in our day-to-day lives. Many of us turn to various methods for managing stress, such as exercising, meditating, or taking medication. However, one powerful yet often overlooked way to decrease stress is simply by listening.
In this episode, we introduce Frankie Abralind, Executive Director and Co-Founder of The Good Listening Project, and discuss the impact the project has had in the medical community by providing support and promoting a culture of listening. The host announces an upcoming fundraiser hosted by Frankie to support the project and invites listeners to participate. Frankie shares the importance of listening as a way to decrease stress and promote well-being. The episode concludes with a casual conversation between the host and guest, with Frankie sharing his inspiration for starting The Good Listening Project.
