At first Alan planned to become a Veterinarian but that quickly changed, and life took him on another path to become a very successful owner of a large accounting firm. After struggling his first year in business he has now built a multi-office firm through various mergers and acquisitions.
Listen to Alan and Roger discuss the 4 non-negotiables to move forward with a possible new partner. Hear what Alan says is the biggest challenge and also the important lesson he learned in his youth that still applies today.
