During today's episode, we are going to be talking about catastrophizing and the importance of validating and challenging our thoughts.
Catastrophizing is something we all experience in some way, shape, or form. However, sometimes, it can get to a place where we lock our brains into a catastrophizing state without realizing it. Meaning that our brains are beginning to hyper-focus on the worst-case scenario.
The goal of this episode is to raise awareness of where catastrophizing comes from, the impact it can have on our lives and mental health, and ways we can begin to rewire those thoughts.
