Kennedy Jr. will drop out of the Democratic race and instead run a Presidential run as an Independent. Dom believes Trump greatly benefits from this news, although there have been murmurs of the opposite in the media.

Then, Dom welcomes in Congressman Scott Perry, Chairman of the Freedom Caucus, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to gather his analysis on multiple issues pertaining to Capitol Hill. First, Representative Perry comments on the decision by Rep. Bowman to pull a fire alarm in effort to delay a vote, with Perry suggesting the serious nature of such a stupid decision. Then, Perry tells about the funding bill that saved a government shutdown, telling of the importance of certain aspects, delving in depth to the Republican stance on Ukraine aid.
