RheumMates where we discuss Rheumatology topics of interest to the MSK clinician.
In this session we discuss a paper with a surprising (to Jack and Mike anyway) conclusion. We were surprised to read that if someone doesnt respond well to NSAIDs and doesnt have protracted early morning spinal stiffness then you can pretty much rule out Spondyloarthritis.
We are not certain thats the case so we had a chat about it!
