Previously, Bob was employed by AECOM as Chief Human Resources Officer, one of the world's largest engineering firms- today over 90,000 employees. He also was COO and EVP for ENSR, a 2,300 employee global consulting firm, and a subsidiary of AECOM. At AECOM, Bob was responsible for AECOM's global HR and OD, and spearheaded AECOM's engagement initatives.

Bob has a BS from Salem State College, and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Bob was born in Everett, MA and now splits his time between Danvers, MA and Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard. He is married to Candy, and has 3 terrific children, Marissa , Brendan and Connor .
