Hey everyone, it’s October, the month where we say goodbye to Summer and welcome Autumn. With this comes figuring out a routine again, saying yes to plans with the girlfriends and being busy to the point the to-do lists are overflowing. How do we stop being on “auto-pilot” mode and prevent the feeling of our lives flying by without our notion.
Join us today, where we discuss how to stop being on “auto-pilot” and be more aware and intentional to what you say “yes” to. We focus on prioritisation, helping you choose what should come first in your to-do list.
“Auto-pilot” can happen if you’re filling unfilled at work, and just going through the motions of life. This is why we also touch on how to balance a 9-5 job and what you can do outside of work to maintain a good life/work balance.
It’s hard to juggle all things at once. You’re tired after work and all you want to do is watch netflix. That’s why having activities that you go to (sports, meditation, journalling, catch up with friends etc) on a weekly basis can help you get out of the rut of work-sleep-eat-repeat. It also gives you time off your screen and evaluate what you’re doing on your day to day basis.
