Ripple is shedding light on the SEC's weak argument that XRP is a security. Through the Tetragon's and John Deaton's lawsuits, the lawyers have stated XRP is not a security and the SEC is just hurling allegations. In addition, the SEC never told market makers and exchanges who approach them about the issue that XRP is a security. The SEC is now attempting to blame exchanges for delisting XRP and hurting investors.
