Ripple files motion to compel. SEC refuses to turn over internal BTC, ETH and XRP documents Judge Netburn twice told them to turn over. Not a single document has been produced. Judge Netburn will not be pleased. Could this mean the SEC will want to settle with Ripple since they may not want to release their documents and communications around Bitcoin and Ethereum. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) signed into law a measure creating a legal framework for cryptocurrencies and blockchain in the hopes of making his state a magnet for the industry.
