Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response is the physical tingling sensation that begins in your scalp and moves down through the spine to the limbs. This can be triggered by auditory or visual stimulation.  We discuss how it affects people differently, the science behind it, and how you can give it a try for yourself.  Hey, we're in the middle of a Pandemic, why not?
