My name is Jonah Mitchell, I am a former colleigiate football player turned certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.  This is an intoductary to what I will be talking about on the podcast.  The topics range from fitness, nutrition, and mindset, all the way to my own experiences and the lessons I wish I would have learned while playing my sport.  Those lessons I'm implementing in my life now without the sport, and also helping many others learn these lessons and apply it in their own lives.  If you're a current athlete, former athlete, or even someone who's never been one but wants to become one, then this show is for you.
