  • I took the ostrich approach

Ever had one of those days where a single comment makes you question everything?

Sally had one of those days. Her boss said she was late, when she wasn’t and that was it.

    That’s all it took.

In that moment, something inside her snapped. She decided to leave her job, pack up her life and move somewhere new.

She left with her two children and the goldfish. Sounds dramatic? Sounds terrifying?

Yet Sally will tell you it was the best decision she ever made.

In this episode of Rising from the Rubble, we dive into what it means to take a leap without looking back. Sally’s story isn’t about running away, it’s about listening to that quiet, stubborn voice inside that whispers, “You deserve more.”

If you’ve ever felt stuck, hesitant or ready for change, this episode is for you.

Now, grab a cuppa, relax and press play.

  • I haven’t Got the Courage to deal with it

What if I told you that the situation you’re dreading is actually neutral?

    It’s not good.

    It’s not bad.

It’s just there, until you give it meaning through the story you tell yourself.

In this episode, I talk through how it’s not the thing that’s overwhelming, it’s the way we talk about it to ourselves. That inner script that either keeps us stuck or sets us free.

If you’ve ever caught yourself saying, “I can’t handle this,” or “This is too much,” this one’s for you.

I’ll walk you through five practical ways to shift your inner narrative, so you can face what’s in front of you with clarity, strength and self-compassion, not fear.

Because courage doesn’t come from pretending things are easy.

It comes from learning to speak to yourself differently when they’re not.

In this episode, I’m sharing a time when work had me completely overwhelmed. I’m talking tight chest, feeling overwhelmed and having sleepless nights.
