Don't try this on your own - Self Coaching Removing "T" Trauma - I'm sharing my experience as this self coaching session started with the intention to remove a block that was coming up in my business progression.
What I experienced is called small "t" trauma. This type of trauma is common to everyone. Loss of a job, loss of a pet, ending a relationship, continuously being bullied, loss of a loved one. This differs from big "T" trauma, which I recommend seeing a trauma specialist for that.
--- Don't try this on your own - I know my body, I know my past and my limits. I'm also trauma informed and can recognise if i were to be out of my zone of tolerance. This comes come regular self practice. ---
within 1 hour I released / integrated past hurt that I'd felt as my younger self, and rewrote the story so that it's supports me today.
The programming that was set up when I was 6 years old, is no longer effective today at the age of 35.

Learnings From Ending An 11 Year Relationship - in 2020 I consciously ended my 11 year relationship. Here I share the 8 last months learnings. As I was looking for support I tried new things, and grew a lot.
2023 was an incredible year, in this video I share my 2023 takeaway. How the year was unexpected, and a gift at the same time.

You've tried different ways to remove the pain you have while freediving. Have you tried coaching?
Athletes have coaches for a reason. A great book is " The Inner Game of Tennis" by Timothy Gallwey which is not about tennis, rather the mindset behind the athlete that wins.
In this video I share 5 different levels on which you can remove the ear equalizing block.
You can choose which level would work for you: Somatic, Emotional, Mental, Behaviour or Unsconscious. Or give it a try to see a shift.I also share a new way to be with the pain sensation when it comes up while freediving.
This helps your body relax for the future dives. ps. equalizing it muscle related, there's a physical aspect to this, which means your nervous system has control too. Relaxing the nervous system, can relax the muscle and allow the equalization to happen.
Give it a try and let me know what shifted.

It's been 2 weeks since this session as I'm writing this description, 2023 11 27, and I've taken a lot of action since then.
- it feels incredible
-I feel aligned with all the actions I'm taking
-I want to keep taking action ( previously I felt I wanted stillness)-the project I'm working on are bring me more energy, I feel fulfilled at the end of each day
all this while working a full time job, the action i've describe are on projects, yes multiple, outside of the full time job.
And I know and feel I have the capacity for more.
Here's an insider look at what a coaching session looks like when I'm being coached.
Thank you to my ICM peer and coach in this session Skippy for the guidance and support he provided.

What a week it has been. You would have told me 5 years ago I'd be going through this journey, I would have look at you with a blank gaze of WTF! type Here I am. Feeling more confident, and lighter inside. Not that I felt particularly heavy, I just had no idea one could feel lighter, and it's possible!I'm enjoying the journey.
