Robby & Rexrode

Talking all things Titans with Paul Kuharsky in studio for the final hour.  What does PK think of the Jordan Elliott and Alontae Taylor situations from this week?  Are we worried that this is a sign of poor culture with the team?  What stood out in the win over the Colts, and what can they carry over moving forward?  Who on defense can step up and help Jeffery Simmons?  Why such a lack of impact from DL Keldrick Faulk given the team traded up to get him in the 1st round?  We take more your phones, and close out the show with some thoughts on the matchup vs the Browns this week.

Former Titans scout Blake Beddingfield has a new article up at PaulKuharsky.com wondering if the coaching staff has total trust in Cam Ward.  Are they calling the whole playbook for him?  What does the play-calling on 3rd down tell us about the trust in Ward?  Paul Kuharsky hops in studio for his weekly visit.  We head to your phones and ask PK more about Ward.  At what point is fair for fans to be out on Ward, and can he get things turned around this season?  Joe has the Rex Rant of the day.

Robby and Joe begin Wednesday's show with the latest on the Tennessee Titans after the team released DL Jordan Elliott yesterday.  Reports are out that Elliott had an altercation at the team facility and tried to retrieve a firearm from his car.  Does this situation clue us in on the culture and/or dysfunction with the team?  We move to some Vanderbilt football talk.  How are fans feeling about the direction of the program after a slow start to the season?  Why do we think it hasn't gone as planned this year?  How badly do they miss the swagger of Diego Pavia?  Why do we think the roster moves haven't worked out?  What does the future look like for QB Jared Curtis?  We take your phones.

The offense for the Titans still hasn't gotten on track yet this season.  Why do we think that is?  Do we think it's possible Ward's shoulder injury could still be bothering him?  Why did he get so many passes batted down this past week vs Indy?  What do we want to see from Ward in the back half of the season?  Is Ward the reason the offense has been so lackluster?  We head to your phones.  In some other NFL news, how much trouble are the Rams in given all their injury problems?  Will they even make the playoffs?  We wrap up the show with Joe's thoughts on his upcoming week of college hoops.

Talking some Vols and college football in hour two.  What does the QB situation look like moving forward with George MacIntyre leading the team to wins?  We expect him to be the guy in the short-term, but how much are fans or the team worried about the long-term?  How good can MacIntyre get by the end of the season?  Should or will they consider the transfer portal?  What might the portal look like after another weird year of college football QB play?  We take your phones.  Joe has the Rex Rant to close the hour.

Robby and Joe are LIVE on this Tuesday morning.  We begin with a few thoughts on the latest NFL news after Eagles QB Jalen Hurts is likely to miss the rest of the season as he deals with blood clots.  We get into the latest on the Titans and the situation around Alontae Taylor.  Why do we think he was benched in the game vs Indy?  Does he not fit the defensive system under Saleh?  Just bc the Titans benched Taylor, does not mean they should consider benching Cam Ward.  We take your texts.  Also, some fans are mad that Ward celebrated so much after the win over the Colts.

Cory Curtis from News 2 hops on the show for his weekly visit to give his thoughts on the Titans' first win of the season.  We react to some of what Cory had to say and head to your phones.  Some breaking news this morning as the Colts have fired GM Chris Ballard following the loss to the Titans.  What does this mean for the division?  Was this game the best formula for the Titans to get a win?  We wrap up the show with your final phones.
