Robert Pasin is the Chief Wagon Officer of Radio Flyer.  Pasin's grandfather started the iconic company that created "the little red wagon" more than 100 years ago on the West side of Chicago.  When Pasin started working at Radio Flyer, he inherited a company that had a lot of nostalgia, but little profit.  What he was able to do with the company and the unique company culture he created has catapulted Radio Flyer onto Forbes' list of the best places to work in America.  Over the flavors of a neighborhood gem "Hemmingway's" in Oak Park, Illinois, Robert shares the lessons learned from the rich history of a company on the rise.
