Alexa Wilcox is an athlete, coach and overall top hand cowgirl! Alexas was part of the 2024 COWGIRL 30 under 30 class and is the women's rodeo coach at New Mexico Junior College. Daily she is not only having to motivate herself but also 20 student athletes. Alexa shares how she has built her mentality over time and what she is doing to continue to have success in the arena.
