Tennessee State University's Grammy Award-winning band director is under investigation following a recent audit of the school's finances. 

And the Federal Trade Commission is suing PepsiCo for allegedly giving an unnamed big box retailer more favorable prices than its competitors.

We'll discuss the pardons of two former D.C. officers who were convicted of charges related to the death of Karon Hylton-Brown, which occurred after they pursued him for riding a scooter without a helmet in October 2020.

The judge who issued a temporary block on Trump's executive order regarding birthright citizenship described the order as "blatantly unconstitutional."

The sweeping pardons for the Jan. 6 domestic terrorist are not sitting well with the police unions who supported the convicted felon.  We will examine the backlash he is facing for disrespecting law enforcement officers he claimed to love.

Black residents in southeastern Alabama say a highway project caused flooding and damaged their homes, but the government isn't doing anything to fix the problem. I'll have Dr. Robert Bullard, the father of environmental justice and a community activist, in the studio to explain what's happening in the Shiloh community. 

A Chicago judge's joke got her reassigned. The joke involved a picture of a Black child and a foot outfitted with "My First Ankle Monitor."  You won't believe her excuse. 

The death toll in California is at 24 more than a dozen others remain unaccounted for as multiple wildfires, fueled by severe drought conditions and strong winds, burn across the Los Angeles area.
